My Diary of a CEO interview is up on YouTube and it's LONG (2.5 hours).
We'd like to get some clips up on YT shorts/insta/tiktok, so if you watch it and find any really good clippable moments, please let me know the timestamps in the comments.
Thanks!

Did you catch the Metro? 🗞️ 🚇
This week, commuters in Westminster were greeted with our msg on the front page of the Metro: “Tax us, the super rich.” To fix the foundations of our country it's time for those us who can afford to pay more to do so. Big thanks to @garyseconomics

I can’t quite believe this book exists!Found myself lost in its pages for a bit, and was reminded how ridiculous, unique and essential it is. I mean, look at that strap line

Refugees didn't cause the NHS crisis.
Refugees didn't decimate our social housing.
Refugees didn't sell off our railways, water and energy.
That was the Tories — and their attempts to scapegoat desperate people in search of safety is an utter disgrace.

One metaphor that Daniel Ingram @danielmingram used at the Lionheart Summit this year for what the Emergent Phenomenology Research Consortium (EPRC) is doing is as follows:
The "Teslas" of consciousness interventions are things like novel neurotech, meditation practices, psychedelic therapies, and retreat styles that produce mind-blowing transformational effects. This is good, and it's great that people are working on it.
But we also need *roads* and not only new exciting novelty cars. The metaphor is: these techniques are likely to catalyzed intense transformations, and in the current highly litigious, risk-averse, and ontologically materialistic paradigm of medicine we currently have, doctors are more or less obliged to treat these things as abnormalities that need fixing.
Yet, we all know of people who, say, really would benefit more from integration, community, and experienced advice for how to deal with the highs, lows, weird, and plateaus of these practices and consciousness transformations, than, say, be administered antipsychotics or benzos or be put in a psychiatric facility. That often makes things far worse.
Until we have the right cultural, scientific, and medical institutions to allow doctors to provide the right kind of diagnosis and care for people who present with these weird effects, many of these interventions will be of limited benefit. We need to build the roads, too. And that is what the EPRC's long term goal is.
If you have the means to support his project, I highly recommend you do. Like QRI, the EPRC is primarily funding-constrained. The talent and prestige is already there.

Spiritual awakening is often a step-by-step process. Often it has setbacks. It's sometimes accompanied by high levels of #creativity. Sometimes, also by very dark moments. It can be described in a way as a struggle of the #soul to find its freedom.
