ALT 2023 sollen in Deutschland erstmals mehr als 200 Milliarden Euro Umsatz mit ITK gemacht werden. 2022 waren es noch 196,1 Milliarden. Die Digitalwirtschaft wird voraussichtlich 1.352.000 Menschen beschäftigten - das sind 3,4 Prozent mehr als letztes Jahr. Von 2021 zu 2022 war die Anzahl der Arbeitsplätze um 3,5 Prozent gewachsen.
