6 months sober today
it's really hard to believe it has been this long already. it still feels like yesterday i was at my rock bottom, completely given up and hopeless, but things couldn't be more different now. so grateful to be alive and well :) much love to family and friends
27. a year of struggle, humility, rebirth, and perseverance. i'm extremely grateful to still be around and to finally be sober by virtue of a spiritual change and working on myself. i wouldn't be here without the support of my family and friends; here's to even better days ahead!

alcoholism and addiction never take any days off, as silly as that may sound. it's not just about making a choice every day, it's about keeping myself spiritually fit enough to stay on the beam; to have faith in the program i'm working and the new path i'm on.
