I don’t know if playing fewer games would help (not an injury expert!), but I’m fairly certain there won’t be consideration given to ever finding out if it helps because, like most things this offseason (Aspiration, gambling sponsorships, etc.), the money comes first.

The Knicks refusal to kick on drives into the paint is killing them. 6 blocks for the Pistons in the quarter. Defensively they haven't kept the ball out of the paint at all and have failed to end possessions with rebounds. Pretty awful for this to be the effort at 0-3.

It's a week into the season and the NBA is averaging the most possessions per game, shortest average possession length, highest average pickup distance, and most possessions with at least three offensive players crashing in the tracking era. Playing very hard for 82 games!
