I was blown away by @bgurley's presentation at the #allinsummit. I'm quite sure it will go viral the moment it is released on the @theallinpod - so much respect for Bill to speak out on such an important topic that affects all of us. @chamath @friedberg @Jason @friedberg

Absolutely loved the concept of menu del dia in Madrid.I think the value to the consumer is 4X vs what we get in the US for comparable fine dining, while the restaurant also benefits from streamlined operations. Not sure why we don't see better adaptations of this concept in the US – at Madrid, Spain

Trying something new: working from Europe for a month. PT should work in our favor: work in the evenings when it is cold outside, and enjoy the winter sun (if it comes out!) during the day.

And just like that, made a sudden plan to visit India <5 hrs before departure. Great to see normalcy return to travel, except the astronomical airfares. Folks in Pune - see you soon!

Last night was a stunning visual extravaganza! Aliens on stage, 60K fans wearing dynamic light wrist bands, fireworks actually leading to "a sky full of stars" falling down, and then a lunar eclipse! w/ @KapurGayatri at #ColdplaySantaClara

Did I just feel an earthquake in the Bay Area? – at Santa Clara, CA

Brilliant and stunning! Even @chamath's call to follow @elonmusk & @satyanadella and sell most positions at near high in Q4'21 was spot on! This comes in short contrast to all the market commentators on CNBC who keep changing their narratives and predictions.

Thank you Team @InkspellSols and @zaman_iffat for inviting me as a jury member once again. I'm amazed at how you've kept raising the bar for the industry, year on year, and can't wait to review this year's Awards entries - learn and get inspired! – at California, USA

A few months ago we narrowly escaped the deadly delta wave, but this time we visited India bang in the middle of the omnicron wave. But all's well that ends well..even more resolved to more frequent, short trips & adapting to the new normal, with @KapurGayatri. #EvenMoreTravel2022 – at Doha, Qatar

And just like that, 6 days of perfect weather, sun & sand in Cancun w/ @KapurGayatri come to an end. And the tummy finally gets a breather after some brutal consumption - thanks to the amazing Mexican cuisine & hospitality, and the dangerous concept of an All-Inclusive.

This Vegas trip was very different from all the previous ones - played poker for the first time, and on all 4 days! With the number of ppl who come to the city to blow their money, I think there is enough potential to cover one's trip expense with some intelligent play. – at Las Vegas, NV

With leisure air travel getting back to normal, this would be the last of the 9-day roadtrips for the year - 3 more trips coming up before we close the year, with @KapurGayatri.

Looks like LinkedIn is down this week, after much of FB last week. There is one BigTech company that continues to be particularly resilient...

Kicking off the concert season with GnR, with @KapurGayatri

Have been away from Twitter, but a good moment to return. So happy to be fully #Pfizer vaccinated..we should all do our bit. Heart goes out to what's happening in India..hope things become normal soon. We are in this together. – at San Jose, CA

Super-proud of Dad, who's just finished publishing his book on Pranayama. He's making the Kindle version absolutely free for the next 5 days - so get your copy today! And if you like the book, please leave a good review :) healings.co.in/pranayama/

An error message to look forward to! Losing more weight than what the algorithms expected. More alcohol, but with more discipline this #wfhlife :)

Making most of the #wfhlife by getting back to the good ol habit of reading - with generous help from the Mountain View Library - can't believe they let you borrow 100 books at a time!

What happens when you enter the Lassen National Park after 7PM? You can have the whole park to yourself! We breezed through the park in the same time that it would have otherwise taken to wait at a major parking lot on a normal day.

Since holidays would now mostly be roadtrips in the near future, we thought we might as well get started sooner, when there are no crowds, with no need to distance socially.
