yesss. these were <a month apart—my style can be SO dependent on the level of burnout I'm at/the amount of energy that I have to put into a piece. I prefer painting, but sometimes being lazy w/ the lasso fill tool + blending modes is the only way I'm actually getting an idea out

i think finding a strategy to make art easier and more comfortable for yourself is more important than finding a style. often the former leads to the latter anyway.
