It's mind-boggling this is a real take by an actual academic. Forced population control IS genocide by law. Humanity's political and intellectual elite are rolling over to atrocities just like they did in Yugoslavia, Rwanda, Chechnya, Darfur, and the list goes on.
This will be hard for ppl to do, but glad Israel is giving civilians a heads up. Pretty much the opposite of what #Hamas did.
