fascinating how the rules completely change when it's not bts. people sent non stop hate while bts served but now expect soft treatment and respect for everyone else. the double standards on this app never fail to amaze me.

unfair voting will never have a place in our fandom. BTS taught us to achieve things through hard work and have always stood against cheating and manipulation in any form. they would be ashamed, just as we would, to know that an award was bought rather than genuinely earned. now imagine the look on your own faves’ faces when they receive a trophy knowing they didn’t actually win it through fair competition. think about that before organizing projects like this.

The other fandoms using cloning aps and buying votes is just setting their favs up for bigger embarrassment on a global scale down the road when it matters. It’s almost like they want to set them up.
Companies use data like fan voted awards to factor into gauging actual artist demand. They use fan demand to make real business decisions with real money assuming these are true fans.
This is how they end up having tours that need to be canceled, or tickets that need to be discounted, and venues that have to be reduced into wedding tents.
I guess beating BTS is more important than their favs wasting money and then facing the harsh reality that they aren’t as popular as they were tricked into believing. It’s sad that it’s their own fans obsession with another group that leads to these embarrassing reality checks for their “favs”.
