Elevate aEnde

Somewhere along the way, I forgot what made Elevate successful. Once I got a taste of winning, I wanted more, and imposter syndrome crept in. I started chasing results instead of trusting people. This rebuild reminded me that it's not just about winning. It's about who we win with. Every player on this roster has represented Elevate at one point or another. Bringing them back together genuinely warmed my heart and reminded me why I do this. I'll be the first to admit I've made mistakes with roster decisions. When Onigiri left the Thai roster, and when Nhaiqal left the mixed roster for NS, I was too quick to pull the trigger. I should have trusted my players more and I've learned that lesson. Elevate is committed to the Asia region, and we'll keep doing our part to help it grow. Maybe one day I'll share more about the decisions behind those roster changes. For now, I'm just grateful to be building with this group.
