These binders hold all communications for 50+ PERM roles I applied for. The records bound together with the three rings are 10k open PERMs being processed by the DOL right now. Almost all the roles I applied are being filled with foreigners on H1-B — even the 90% from firms that never contacted me during the labor market test. This is the truth of the H1-B program. It’s about displacement.

‼️BREAKING EXCLUSIVE LEAK: 10/28 Microsoft Company Wide AMA Meeting LEAKED “We are going to be global. And we are going to continue to bring global talent to the United States.” “We want to recognize it’s super important we take care of the people (green card workers).” This comes just 2 days after Microsoft asked nearly 60k of its employees to voluntarily resign in an effort to downsize. The employee who leaked this clip of the meeting to me was one of many who have expressed concerns to me. Multiple Microsoft employees have told me they feel as though MSFT doesn’t give them the same amount of respect and care. Many Microsoft employees are asking why H-1B workers aren’t the first to be cut during a downsize since MSFT claims none of the downsizing is performance based. Employees are curious why American workers aren’t being put first in the United States.

What a difference a few weeks makes. Trump's AG adopted the interpretation that looking for H-1B in ads is not discriminatory and there is no cause of action for H-1B only ads. Think about that when you vote.

To be clear, it’s not legal to legal to advertise jobs only for H1B…. Advertising of course is permissible and even required if you are SEEKING H1Bs… which begs the question why does a company advertise certain jobs this way and others a more likely to yield American applicants way?

Check out Sumit and Prachi - a “USAA Couple.” They’re here to demo “Life at USAA.”
I raised this very same concern when USAA first gave the password to IBMSYS and rights to execute SYSGEN over to Indians (in India). During the entire War on Terror, USAA's own databases were queryable from India, and everybody else on the planet because when troops get called up they start dialing the company to report their active deployment and AFO/PFO updates to their accounts. So you can see troop massings just by watching USAA's data. All of our enemies know this. Believe me, I am one of a THOUSAND people who complained to anybody who would listen, back in the 00's. Nobody gave a shit.

Hey @ericweinstein — who the fuck do you think filled all these H-1B roles? You think they championed American ideals and citizens each day as they tossed us out windows? It’s a hierarchy based people. If you’ve never seen their evil it’s because you held power over them. Walk a few miles equal to them in a corporation OR HEAVEN FORBID beneath them and your entire worldview will vanish. Their reputation is earned.

These are easy questions dressed up like something complicated — Indian theater I’m experienced with — so I’ll quickly address while I make my coffee. Q1: Since Indians in Silicon Valley comprise the largest percentage of successful tech entrepreneurs, is the entire tech industry fraud? Yes — the entire tech industry is fraud. These firms discriminate against our citizens in favor of visa holders who view sponsorship as a non-cash form of compensation. We have mountains of evidence about discriminatory hiring practices (including jobs ads and lawsuits), nepotism, kickbacks, video of immigration lawyers describing how the objective is to avoid citizens. And so much more. The fraud is so absolute that even argument that of the entire global population, that the best workers for a wide swath of jobs being performed in California is best handled exclusively by Indians. In your view, an exclusive group of Indians logically outcompete Germans, Italians, English, Spanish, Japanese and Americans. You are absolutely biased toward Indian nationals — because you are an ethnic Indian. Q2: Since Indian Americans have the highest percentage of adults with advanced degrees, is the entire higher education a fraud? Yes — while the majority of H-1B graduate from our domestic universities, the segment that do not have credentials that are from degree mills lacking legitimacy. Everything is viewed solely as a paper requirement and Indians regularly present fraudulent academic records. You can buy degrees and titles in Indian markets with ease for bargain basement prices. And no foreign service officers abroad scrutinize these obvious lies because of pressure from Leadership above them. Q3: Since Indian Americans have the highest per capital income, is the entire American industry a fraud? These two things are disconnected but you see this as somehow validating your claim — a very Indian thing I encounter regularly. Aggregate Indian earnings are not “the entire American Industry”, although surely the only segments of the economy you are about are the segment where Indians extract value. As for their earnings… those come at a cost to American citizens who have had their opportunity stolen and provided to your people. Indians didn’t produce this value. Indians were used to replace Americans that produced this value. And they should be deported. Every single one. We must ABOLISH THE H-1B.

JD @VP Vance gets another Silicon Valley ally for his nascent #H1B reform coalition. But @PalmerLuckey's priorities are very different from ordinary American citizens'. Citizens reasonably want their govt to protect them from salary/status-cutting migrants & prioritize them above investors. Time for compromise. bit.ly/4jGkU6P

The "Indian Cyber Defender" group instructed their followers to mass report @CyberGreen09 for "private information", and then he magically gets banned for posting "private information" (everything he posted was publicly available online). Coincidence? Definitely not. Indians run this app behind the scenes.

This isn't difficult. H1B was designed by the Reagan-Bush Era @NSF specifically to tamper with the functioning of the free market on behalf of employers of STEM labor. @myles_boylan is its unknown father, theorist and defacto designer. Let's simply shut it down wholesale and pay the damages to our own brilliant people. Long-term Labor Shortages do not exist in market economies like ours. It's a myth. Fake. That's it. It's not more complicated. If we don't know that, we should admit capitalists don't know basic economic theory. And they do. Let's help @JDVance and @PalmerLuckey find the courage to address this evil indvidious abomination of a welfare program with extreme prejudice.
Immigration policy must be driven by the present, not the past, and business leaders are too terrified of the left AND the right to acknowledge this. Recent H1B discourse revolves around a longstanding immigration sleight-of-hand. H1B proponents point to exceptional people who came here decades ago as if they represent the current state of the program in the same way that advocates for low-skill/illegal immigration point to very favorable immigrant crime/welfare/education/etc statistics that do, in truth, have them beating native-born Americans on many fronts. It is all a sham. The world that created those statistics, people, and businesses no longer exists. Brilliant but desperate Vietnamese fathers who fled communism have nothing in common with young men from Honduras, and the crime rates/economic acccomplishments/integration of the former should not be used to justify mass migration of the latter. Nor should the accomplishments of people who managed to get an H1B visa in the 90s (when the program was capped to just 65,000 visas) be used to justify staffing agencies and tech companies using the program to replace American jobs for less money. The obvious abuse going on is politically suicidal and something that even the most ardent supporters of the visa should want to crack down on, no immigration program can possibly survive the obvious and widely known reality of what is going on. I am a longtime outspoken advocate for stealing the best people from other countries to make our own better, runaway abuse of existing programs robs the government of the worker trust required to do so. Lots of people in the tech space know this. Even the dumb people are smart enough to see it. Nobody actually believes these are all incredible people with unique talents performing jobs no American can. Everyone knows the guy in Cubicle Bay 7 doing mediocre but functional web design for half the salary of his American peers is no savant and doesn't meet the statutory requirements for his H-1B visa. Unfortunately, most people with power or profile are terrified that any public statement or acknowledgement will get them attacked by the right (You guys have been screwing over American workers for years with visa abuse, you damn hypocrite!) or the left (You are racist, sexist, misogynist, and sucking up to this fascist administration!). Or, more likely, both. I know too many tech execs in particular who feel trapped, like the only winning move is to stay silent. JD is blowing the whole thing wide open by putting facts and stats front and center that nobody wants to engage with. Critics will talk about anything and everything else but these damning facts and this obvious truth, that H1B visas serve neither their original purpose, legal purpose, invented purpose, or the American people.

I was Director of Engineering at AMEX a year ago. They are doing this so that they can rehire in India. The inside story is MUCH WORSE than that though. Amex has been doing silent layoffs for years. As director, the VP told me to gradually increase expectations on engineers so that we could fire them “for cause” When you do this as a leader you get a backfill head to hire for. The caveat at AMEX? The backfill head was already decided for you - they were in India, and usually from a body shop firm. Ask me anything about how AMEX is screwing over Americans in the replies. @HarmeetKDhillon @andrealucasEEOC @USEEOC I am willing to testify/name names/do whatever is necessary to curb this anti American abuse.

Vice President JD Vance breaks down the data: "If you are working as an H-1B visa in the United States of America, you’re earning $20,000 less than an American citizen hired in the same position. If you were brought in by one of these foreign outsourcing firms, you’re making $48,000 less than an American citizen in a similar position. So I’m sure that everybody here understands the game that is being played. You bring in indentured servants from outside the country, you lay off American workers and, if you’re a corporation, you make a ton of money by under cutting the wages of American workers, replacing them with people who frankly shouldn’t be in the United States of America to begin with."
