From @aalkhole, @edionneRX, @RxIDMo: In a large AMC, cefepime EI (1g q6h over 3 hrs) showed similar length of stay, 90 day readmission rates & mortality compared to cefepime II (2g q8h over 30 mins), with 50% reduction in drug expenses. 🦠💊💰
