I have some new followers, many members of the #WritingCommunity , others that found me after some stupid comment I left on a giant post went viral. That being said, I figured it was time to make a post summarizing why I’m here on X: I was taken by NHI as a kid, many times. The image included is an illustration I made of them.
Some of my memories are clearer than others. The experiences left me with more questions than answers.
I would see a disc-shaped craft with rotating green lights around the edges zip over my house. Minutes later, grayish-greenish beings with frail bodies, large heads, and big black eyes, wearing tight-fitting dark grey jumpsuits would enter my room.
I was an avid lucid dreamer as a kid. The first time I was taken I tried to “catch myself dreaming” to get out of what I at first assumed was a nightmare. But unlike in a dream, where I would instantly gain control of my surroundings, nothing around me changed. The beings were still there - five or six of them - and I was still in my room. I was terrified, but I felt compelled to follow them, so that’s what I did. I was eight the first time it happened.
They would lead me out of my bedroom, through the livingroom, and out the glass patio doors that led into my backyard. A craft would be waiting, hovering over the yard just above the tree line of the creek that ran through the neighborhood.
They would lead me underneath the craft, and then a bright light would shine downwards. It was blinding. When the light faded and my vision returned, I would find myself on board, usually in a white room with a table that sat near the left corner of the room.
Sometimes I’d have to strip down and lay on the table, where I’d be scanned, poked, and prodded, other times I’d be led out of the room and into a long hallway that curved to the right, where I’d be taken to other rooms where I’d be asked to play with plastic blocks, or told to try and move a large white cube without touching it. After that I’d be returned to my back yard.
They would do this by leading me to a dimly lit room with a large white circle on the cieling and another on the floor. This is a detail I didn’t remember until I started sharing my story. Just like with the light under the craft, a blinding white light would shine from both circles after I was standing in the middle of it and when the light faded I’d be standing in my back yard again. Usually a few of them would “beam down” with me, and watch as I walked back into my house through the glass patio doors.
My parents and younger brother never awoke during the experiences or afterwards. The entire neighborhood always felt eerily still.
When I was 10, I finally worked up the nerve to ask one of them questions about who they were and what they were doing on our planet. They told me they were from the future, and considered “Earth Humans” to be their “ancient ancestors.”
He said they came back to our time to study humanity at the point just before “humans began integrating technology into their bodies.” I asked if there were any others visiting our planet, and he said there were - some “local” to this time period, others not, and that while his group didn’t interact with any of the other groups here, he heard rumors of deals being made between the others and our government.
According to this NHI answering my questions these deals were for technology, in exchange for letting these others abduct and experiment on humans. At the age of 10 I didn’t know what to make of this.
Nowadays, it makes me wonder if some of the disinformation being spread about the phenomenon is being spread by the NHI themselves. It just fits into existing UFO lore a bit too neatly for my tastes.
After this “Q and A” session, the experiences stopped. To the best of my ability to recall, they never took me again. Was it because they had already decided they were done with me, or was it because I asked too many questions?
I’ll probably never know.

Is anyone else noticing all of these little preparedness warnings that are floating around online? Stock up on food, have enough supplies for 30 days, etc.
Odd. #ufox #ufotwitter
Proximity to power and access to power are two different things. The former in no way guarantees the latter. Those with access to power keep useful idiots around, allow them enough of a taste to keep them complacent, to keep them in a nice bubble of material comfort, and lie to their faces. The lie sells, because the useful idiot wants to buy it. They want to maintain access to their comfort bubble. They want to protect their ego.
“Good enough for me!”
I’m sure it is, buddy.
I’m sure it is.

I genuinely wanna ask someone totally aghast at this interview who is not just categorically aghast at the entire subject:
Once you had accepted NHI and crash retrieval/reverse engineering as a possibility, what were you expecting?
What was the staid and vanilla version you expected to hear? Grays and treaties and nonsensical cattle mutilations and cryptic crop circles and “take me to your leader”?
What version of this was ever going to be anything but ABSOFUCKINLUTELY BONKERS?
UFOTWITTER: “Grusch is a grifter, he needs to tell all the secrets.”
GRUSCH: “Alright, here you guys go.”
UFOTWITTER: “Grusch is a grifter, he’s making shit up!”
🙄
NEW: UAP whistleblower David Grusch tells Joe Rogan he has seen recent video of dead, human-looking beings at a crash retrieval site, describing them as "very, very beautiful" with pale, bluish-white skin.
ROGAN: How do you know that for sure?
GRUSCH: I got to see the audiovisual on that.
ROGAN: You got to see what?
GRUSCH: I've got to be a little vague only because I want to protect the sources, because it may indicate a specific activity or operation. And these people were very patriotic, and they were just dead cadavers on the ground because it was a retrieval activity.
ROGAN: You saw them physically, or you saw video of them?
GRUSCH: Video.
ROGAN: So they filmed the crash, and they filmed these cadavers.
GRUSCH: Yeah.
ROGAN: How old is this footage?
GRUSCH: I don't want to say. It's contemporary. But I don't want to reveal a particular operation because it narrows it down.
ROGAN: But it's clear. It's not like you're looking at 1950s black and white.
GRUSCH: Yeah, it's clear... I was very allergic to any kind of deception... I sat on that stuff for like years until I felt comfortable with that not being some sort of limited hangout or deception activity.
ROGAN: What did it look like?
GRUSCH: Human-looking.
ROGAN: How human?
GRUSCH: Looked similar to a human. Very, very beautiful.
ROGAN: What color was the skin?
GRUSCH: Bluish white.
ROGAN: Like Avatar?
GRUSCH: No, no, no. Like someone who drowned. Like a pale sort of albino.
GRUSCH: General McCasland, when he was talking to [Tom] DeLonge, and this is public record... he always told Tom, "Think of the Greek gods." And now I kind of understand what he meant.
The AI witch hunt has grown into an eldritch beast, harvesting the writing community on here for panic-Loosh.
Knock it off, folks. Read the thread. If you write like AI, your prose has probably needed an upgrade since long before the Inquisition started handing out torches. These signs of AI-written text have always been common-sense writing critiques.
Overusing the series of three, and never switching up the number of parts in your series, makes prose read like a sales email. Using an em dash when a comma or semicolon would do just fine, every single time, is a no-no; it makes your prose feel choppy and stilted instead of flowing and lyrical. Diagnostic sentences are a tell that you don’t trust your own writing ability, and tells the reader a thing you should probably be showing them.
Overusing impact sentences removes the impact.
The stakes attached to hanging onto these writing habits are new, but the habits themselves aren’t at all. And they’ve always been signals of an amateur writer. Stop panicking, read the thread below. Lock in. Get good.
80 Years of UFO Crash Retrieval and Reverse Engineering: A Timeline
youtube.com/watch?v=o4czWtSx…
A detailed historical timeline of UFO crash retrievals and Legacy Programs. From 1947 to present, a coordinated effort operating as a hidden shadow of the US government, nestled within the National Security Council's covert activity oversight structure, has operated with a focused mission: the retrieval, storage, exploitation, derivation, reverse engineering, and program protection of non-human technical vehicles.
This project seeks to build out a functional timeline of how the Legacy Programs began, morphed, and adapted over the decades, particularly to address how this once unified national effort degraded into a shell of itself in the 21st century, a siloed mission space devoid of centralized leadership.
For such an analysis, this timeline featuring over 3 dozen entries will be broken up into relevant epochs that accurately encapsulate major "eras" of the Legacy Programs:
- the Golden Era (1947-1978)
- the Cold War Reorganization (1978-1994)
- the Modern Era (1994-Present)
Each major epoch of the Legacy Programs details stark contrasts within program objectives, leadership, cohesiveness, etc....
The Golden Era illustrates the greatest covert national effort ever conceived by humankind, what can only be described as "the Manhattan Project 2.0".
Learn more about the Manhattan Project 2.0 here: youtube.com/watch?v=jR-h5p2b…
The Cold War Reorganization details a period of turbulence, where while the programs enjoyed myriad breakthroughs and successes, the legacy program structure began to sever off pieces of itself to hide within cover offices and programs as well as the private sector.
The Modern Era highlights an epoch of dysfunction... Kickstarted by breaking away the UFO steering group into a quasi-industry and USGOV control group of 27, this era is defined by factionality, limited disclosure initiatives, and private defense contractors establishing their own crash retrieval initiatives.
Seeing as there are over 36 entries here in the video, I only have so much time to cover each topic, so for further exploration or investigation into entries, I have entire videos or video chapters in my catalogue dedicated to relevant topics!
Of course, the timeline is my assessment of the Legacy Ecosystem and adheres to my specialties - crash retrieval and reverse engineering. To be perfectly candid, there are dozens of entries I am missing... due to there not being a centralized legacy program repository and the ever-present fact that the programs have an appetite to destroy, bury, or burn records to keep program knowledge "in-house", a full mapping of the legacy program's history is likely impossible. And it goes without saying there are dozens more entries appropriate for such a timeline that are simply out of my areas of expertise!
With that being said, though only pieces of the puzzle, this timeline is indeed functional and, in my assessment, accurately traces critical milestones and inflection points within the programs.
Let me know down in the comments some absolutely imperative milestones/events in the Legacy Programs' history you think must be included in such a discussion.

HOT TAKE: If you have to Google "[name of movie] ending explained" immediately after the movie is over, the movie you just watched is not very good.
In case you needed it, a reminder:
We’re living in a dystopia.
EXCLUSIVE: Netflix has announced "The New Stanford Prison Experiment," an unscripted series streaming Oct. 21.
"Thirty willing participants enter a real prison and are randomly assigned as guards or prisoners. Thrust into a system of power, hierarchy, and control, they’ll discover whether ordinary people inevitably conform to the roles they’re given—or whether empathy, morality, and individuality can withstand the forces pushing them in the opposite direction. As the pressure builds and the balance of power begins to shift, the central question feels more urgent than ever: Does power corrupt?"

This is new Stratton from his lecture last night at PhenomeCon in Utah. It's not complete, but it's pretty good, and REALLY long because I transcribed it all and added a lot. Filled an entire post. Hope people enjoy it. If anybody has the full lecture, let me know.
"[The U.S. government - DOPSR] took nothing out [my book] that was UAP related." ~Stratton
🔥🛸👽 New Stratton: “I Can Tell You A Lot More Than People Think” — Including UAP Events He’s Never Publicly Explained 👽🛸🔥
"The meetings I've been sitting in, even recently, I'm like...why are we back to the drawing board for something?"
Jay Stratton at PhenomeCon - September 11th, 2026
(Audio was incomplete)
Stratton: "Even more, if you count all my time outside (the government) now."
(This is how the clip starts. In previous comments, Stratton has traced his work for the USG on UAP back to 2005, so he was probably saying he has almost 20 years experience tackling this mystery, and 20-plus years if you include his time outside of the USG.)
Stratton: "Those are two different things: what the government knows and what it thinks it knows. But, before the government can tell the American people what it knows, the government has to know what the government knows. And I know that sounds crazy."
(Which government? The government we all see? Or, the government that Secretary of State and National Security Advisor, Marco Rubio, told @JoeKhalilTV about in 2023?)
"If it's accurate...what you're basically saying is that within the government of the United States, there's a group of people who believe that they possess something that they don't need to share with anybody, including elected officials, who they view as temporary employees of the government. You know, in essence, some sort of an internal, military complex that's their own government and is accountable to no one. So it would be a huge problem if it's even partially true." ~Rubio

(Does Stratton have knowledge about what this alleged group, or groups (UAP-related Legacy programs), know about the phenomenon? Dr. Eric Davis has said he wasn't able to crack the code on the most important questions about origin, intent, other important details. Has Stratton been exposed to any of that information? If so, is it in the book?)
~PhenomeCon~
Stratton: "But the meetings I've been sitting in, even recently, I'm like, well, wait a minute, what did I do for the last 20-plus years? Why are we back to the drawing board for something? And we do that so many times. You'll read about that frustrating stuff in my book."
(Recently? Not good. As I've posted about A LOT: The UAP Task Force was kicking ass and humming along with a whole-of-governmentn approach (Stratton's words) and they then sent Stratton back to his regular job. For all intents and purposes, that was the begging of the end for the UAP Task Force. Along the way was had AOIMSG and now AARO. FML.
I wrote about the demise of the UAP Task Force and Stratton being replaced on my blog in 2021.)
~Begin 2021 Blog Excerpt~
Murgia: "Also in January, Knapp uploaded an interview with billionaire and space entrepreneur, Robert Bigelow, whose company, BAASS, was a contractor to the AAWSAP and AATIP programs. The precarious state of the UAP Task Force was discussed."
Robert Bigelow: “A friend of yours and mine (Stratton), who up until just very recently, ran the whole program for the United States, right? Of things off the East Coast and West Coast and so forth. And he just ran it, and so he is the best qualified person to run this program the United States has, and he now no longer runs it and they’ve got somebody that’s a couple of ranks lower than him to run the program. And my personal opinion is, there’s an effort that’s going to try to eliminate this or put this back in a back drawer compartment now, because they changed the rank as to who’s in charge.”
George Knapp: "Changed the rank, take took the guy who’s most knowledgeable out of it, giving them an impossible task to write the master report in six months, with no budget."
Robert Bigelow: "Right."

Plus, Stratton said this at AlienCon in 2023...
Stratton: "I built out this infrastructure that, at the end of the day, was, you know, it kind of hurt me a little bit, in the recent news media, to hear, “Oh, what we need is an interagency, whole-of-government effort.” Well…I built that. And the government let it go away. And we started over again with the new group called AARO.
"So it’s frustrating, as a government employee, to go through and try to build up this thing, and [we] finally made what the government needs. And, you know, I’m briefing Congress about this whole government, interagency effort. I’m briefing all the way over to the White House. Everybody knew we had this thing, and it just fizzled away when I went away, when I went back to my regular job."
Travis Taylor: "[Jay is] too humble to tell you this. So Jay is a two-star, admiral equivalent. He’s a civilian equivalent of a two-star admiral, that’s his rank. And when Jay was asked to go back to his official, other job, you know, he had two official jobs…that’s just the way the government works. And when he was asked to go back, they didn’t backfill the leader of the (UAP Task Force) group with a two-star, admiral equivalent, they filled it with someone of my rank which is like a full-bird colonel equivalent.
"In the Army and in the Navy, that’d be a captain. And so, he (Stratton ~Joe) could open doors, right? And when he went in rooms, colonels got him coffee. But now they put a guy who’s been getting coffee in charge of the [UAP Task Force]. It sounds pretty interesting to me, that it’s almost like we were being led to some sort of a dismantling or a failure."

~PhenomeCon~
Stratton: "So, my story doesn't begin with disclosure, not with congressional hearings, not with documentaries or podcasts, not with social media, and certainly not with the personalities that dominate those today. None of the people you routinely see making the rounds on podcasts, the news, any of that, had responsibility for conducting the U.S. government's UAP investigations. I did."
(In other words, if you wanna know how all of this went down, starting in 2005, read his book. Seems like a clear jab at Lue.)
Stratton: "My story begins in the United States government. The small number of people asking a simple question. I started saying WTF (audience laughs). But that question is, what is really going on? And trying to understand that. And then, I took that to the next level of building the mechanisms to do that. You got a big government; it's a big ship.
"So, that responsibility is, ultimately, what led to me and Jim Lacatski, Dr. Jim Lacatski, if you know that name, to create the DIA's Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Application Program, AAWSAP. So the first UAP program, UFO program since the closure of [Project] Blue Book in 1969. We love our acronyms. A lot of times, I just say the DIA program because it gets so confusing, right?
"Later, obviously, I created the another acronym: Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program: AATIP. That was really just an interagency working group. And then, creating the UAP Task Force. And I promise you, anyone that reads my book gets a little better historical lesson on all of that stuff from the guy firsthand in the room who built it, instead of the voices you hear who think they know what they're talking about there."
(Another shot at Lue. Like everyone else, I REALLY want to know the intent of the phenomenon, but, AFAIK, nobody has that answer. But I also want to know the history of how this effort went down, going back to at least 2005. And I'm looking forward to learning about all of that in Stratton's book.
Stratton HAS spoken about the history, and this is one post where I covered that in depth.)
~Begin Excerpt!
"I entered the [AATIP] program in 2008. I was asked by its director [Lacatski] to come on board and establish this program [AATIP]. And then, in 2010 is when I was asked to take over the effort." ~@LueElizondo during WaPo Interview
"Fast forward to 2015...I created a program called AATIP, which was a derivative of AAWSAP." ~@jaystratton
Stratton: "Paul (Smith) and others talk about remote viewing and that consciousness connection. I keenly believe that consciousness is a key aspect of all of this, and perception, you know, all the things that come from that."

Stratton: "Ultimately, all of that led to where we're at today with AARO, and now you have the FBI SIG ("Special Investigations Group"), you have the ODNI team. I mean, all of that is what I want. All of the U.S. government taking it seriously and having mechanisms in place to do this work.
"So, across the entire government, you know, Congress included, we take this to every corner and try to work to make this a real thing. And we did. There will be, as I say in my notes, successes, there's failures. You learn from failures. I learned a lot over 20 years to make them better programs.
"And there will be people - and I hit this door many times - that don't want those doors opened. They don't want you to understand what we know and don't know. Slowly, though, over the two decades, things began to change. The subject that had spent years buried deeply, not only in classification, but in stigma, in the bureaucracy, the ridicule that comes with all that? Pilots started talking. Congress started asking questions. Hearings were held. Legislation was passed. And new government organizations were created.
"So eventually, like, here we are in 2026, the United States government has publicly acknowledged - something that, back then, was almost unthinkable when I became involved in this - there are objects operating in and around our most sensitive airspace, we cannot identify, attribute, or explain. They said it.
"I said it in 2019, when I directed my public affairs (Gough) to tell you we had things that are unidentified. That's important. We gotta be honest with you, right?"
(Here's an excerpt from a little bit of an exclusive I had back in August of 2024. I'm pretty sure this is what Stratton is referring to, even though he says 2019 and this happened in 2021.)
Murgia: "Remember back in 2021 when @JeremyCorbell and @g_knapp released photos and videos related to the 2019 West Coast and East Coast UAP events? Think USS Russell and USS Omaha on the left, and Acorn, Sphere and Metallic Blimp on the right. Pentagon spokesperson, Susan Gough, released a statement to various media outlets."
Gough: “'I can confirm that the referenced photos and videos were taken by Navy personnel. The UAPTF has included these incidents in their ongoing examinations. As we have said before, to maintain operations security and to avoid disclosing information that may be useful to potential adversaries, DOD does not discuss publicly the details of either the observations or the examinations of reported incursions into our training ranges or designated airspace, including those incursions initially designated as UAP."
Murgia: "Last year, I asked around and learned that, at the time (April 2021) Gough put out that statement, Stratton (who left the UAPTF in January of 2021) was still a senior advisor and still engaged with the topic. And he had that pull. Remember what he said?" ⬇️
"If I'd go into a meeting with a two-star or one-star [admiral], you know, [we] kind of have a peer level. So I'm not put in the corner." ~Jay Stratton on Weaponized - 02/07/23 - 33:52
Murgia: "Somebody like that could go up to Gough, and say, 'Put out this statement.' And THAT is why Gough said what she did in 2021 about those Navy encounters with UAP in 2019.
"To make it crystal clear: Gough made that statement because Stratton told her to say it. So yeah, we really miss Jay Stratton and I really can't wait to read his book."

~~~End 2024 Excerpt and Back to PhenomeCon~~~
Stratton: "My predecessors never would have done the... They would have said it was swamp gas, or...right? I mean, those are the terms you've heard. But for me, it was important to be honest and accurate with that because of the risk of miscalculation with our adversaries.
"If I made it very clear to the American people, through media, which is the best way to do it. The different sources, everybody watches everything different. But, you know, the point being, we got something unidentified flying over our nuclear-missile weapon, or a nuclear-storage area or a missile silo, or in the middle of Washington D.C., and we don't know what it is. I gotta tell you that.
"Because China has something flying in Beijing, and Russia has something flying in Moscow. They think it's us. And I can't tell you how many people in the Executive Branch say, 'Jay, those are just Russian, Chinese or whatever else.' I'm like, 'No, they're not. I don't know what they are, and they (adversaries) need to know that, too, because they think it's us.'
"So if you think back to the Cold War when we had that hotline, you know, when a missile silo went down, you've heard those stories. And we don't really have that hotline in the same way any more. So, it was important to me to make sure that everybody knows that these things are unidentified, and it's gotten even better, I think.
"So we didn't get there overnight. Got there one step at a time. Sometimes forward, sometimes backwards. Sometimes Congress pushed. Sometimes circumstances made it where it couldn't be ignored, which is what I wanted. It's all...the way you get things done in the government.
"So I've talked about a lot of the history before on this stage, at least in two other presentations. You've heard me talk about it in all of the AAWSAPs, the AATIPs, the Task Force. I'm not gonna go into that again (I linked you to some of that history earlier) , but...something has changed.
"So, for the most of my career, the fight was about getting the United States government to take this topic seriously. To investigate it, to collect the information, to connect the pieces. Ultimately, to acknowledge, publicly, that it was worthy of our attention. And I think we did that.
"So what happens next? For me, the next phase became very real with the documentary, 'The Age of Disclosure.' Have you seen it? When I agreed to participate in that, I understood what we were trying to accomplish. It wasn't simply another documentary about UAP. For me, it represented something much larger. It was an opportunity for people who had actually been inside the government, people with firsthand knowledge of different pieces of the issue, to begin having a very different conversation with the American public. And ultimately, we took it worldwide.
"When 'The Age of Disclosure' premiered, something happened that I don't think everyone's fully appreciated yet: The conversation changed. And so did my role in it."
(I think the conversation changed in a big way, before that, when Grusch went public and testified in front of Congress in 2023, under oath. Non-human craft, pilots and bodies. Seeing members of Congress ask questions about that seemed to take everything to another level, and many of us thought we were on our way to firsthand witnesses (who worked IN The Program) coming forward, with some sort of Disclosure about to take place. Didn't happen.)
Stratton: "For more than 20 years, much of what I've done on this subject has been highly classified. I spent years investigating the phenomenon, years building the government's ability to investigate it, years briefing senior leaders across the executive and the congressional side of the house. Working inside the, you know, the security world, but also bureaucracy and resistance, which is actually more powerful than security a lot of times. The bureaucrats. I'm sure everyone here has dealt.
"But, now I'm not in the government. I'm out here trying to convince people it still deserves attention, which I think everyone in this room agrees it does."
(Yes, but the most important questions are: Do the masses feel it's important? And do any world leaders feel it's important enough to tell us that we (allegedly) have craft and bodies of non-humans? And maybe, live beings?)
Stratton: "I was standing outside the government, trying to decide how much can I actually tell you. And the answer is, a lot. A lot more than people think, which is good."
(I hope the book has a lot of new information.)
Stratton: "But that's where my road to disclosure begins. Because disclosure isn't about what the government does next, it's about what those of us who were there do next. What can I say, what can I prove? That's a big one. What should remain protected, and perhaps more importantly, how do I tell the truth without compromising the national security that I spent my years protecting? That's the road I've been navigating, and trying to understand. And I'm gonna do that."
(Anything short of full Disclosure (minus details on propulsion, for now) is unacceptable to me. Everything else should be declassified.)
Stratton: "'Out of the Shadows.' And again, this isn't in my notes. You see all the BS on social media, 'Oh, another dude's written a book,' blah, blah blah. Where else can you put it all in context and make it understandable? But more than anything, live forever. So, I think that'll do it, that's pretty good."
(And people always have the option to NOT read it. I love books.)
Stratton: "If forced me to do something different. It's different than sitting in front of a camera or doing an interview. I had to go back through more than three decades of military intelligence and government service and decide what can I tell you. And like I said, a lot more than you think.
"And again, off script. And we kind of have a script for security reasons, right? It helps me, but I go off a lot. And I've said this to some folks here already: One, I wrote the security classification guide, which I take a lot of crap for. Meaning, you hear about transparency and telling people what you know. Yeah, I'm the guy who made things classified.
"Well, we have reasons for doing that. One, it's normal business, and you gotta have that. But two, I wrote that class guide to be of maximal collaboration I could, and with an off-road for transparency. And people have not, you know, somebody may have read it. But the point being, we've got those things, those classification guides. But I wrote it and signed it, so I know what's classified and what isn't.
"So when my book went through security review, they're kind of like, 'Ehhh.' They can't come at me, bro, because I'm the guy who said it was classified. And now you're saying that's classified? Based on what?"
(I've posted and written about the classification guide and gave Stratton a pass because Travis Taylor (TT) said this at AlienCon.)
TT in 2023: "Jay and I, and a few others, we wrote the security-classification guide when we were on the UAP Task Force, and none of this was classified. None of it was. But then, when we left, the new group (AARO?) is going in and trying to backdate and change the classifications of some of the stuff, and it could catch us in a trap. And so, we have to be very careful about where we go with some of it, and it’s just been weird, it’s been really weird."
(But, if TT is correct, then this is how I understand things: Stratton, TT and the others wrote the classification guide, and then AARO went in and made it more restrictive. How restrictive was it when before AARO got to it? We don't know.)
Stratton: "So, it took a long time (for the book to get through DOPSR), which is probably just punishment for being me writing a book. But, at the end of the day, they really didn't take...they took nothing out that was UAP related. Nothing. So... It's just, again, those bureaucrats, they do their thing.
(GREAT that they didn't take anything out because Stratton knows how far he can go, but I'd still prefer that the declass guide be less restrictive so he (or anybody else) can share more. Obvious, right?)
Stratton: "So, the book goes into the firsthand account about how I got involved, what I learned, and what happened trying to build the United States government's program to understand this problem, and confront it. That's the key thing. It takes you inside that world. The investigations, the programs, the bureaucracy. I keep using that word, but it's very true. Inside that classified environment.
"And, some of the experiences that fundamentally changed the way I view the phenomena. The way it affected me and my family.
(If you don't want to wait for the book to read about some of those experiences, read, "Skinwalkers at the Pentagon." Axelrod = Stratton.)
And this post by me:
"During a second call about a month later, [Jay Stratton] reported an alarming escalation in anomalous activity at his home. All of the activity appeared to be directed against his family. On several occasions, [Jay] was out of town. [Jay] reported that while he was on one mission overseas, his 16-year-old son, Paul, woke at night with multiple small blue 'orbs' flying around his room."
"Standing upright and leaning against one of the trees at the perimeter of [Mrs. Stratton] yard was a huge wolf-like creature. It had long hair and looked like a wolf. But it was standing on two legs. [Mrs. Stratton] stood paralyzed, feeling both confusion and a kind of dread."
And this...
Travis Taylor: "And when we turned the corner, Caleb’s shining his light, and there was something there. It was as big as a human torso, rectangular, and it made the light reflect right back at us. And the thing either turned this way and ran off, or…it vanished. It’s hard to say because it was so quick. So we took off running after it and I’m yelling at these guys.
"And it’s really weird…we all looked at each other afterwards and we were describing it. None us wanted to say it. But, one of us finally said, 'You know, it sounds kind of like that Predator thing they talk about in that book that George (Knapp) wrote.' And we were like, 'Nooo, that’s too crazy! We can’t do that.' But that’s literally what happened."
Stratton: "Travis (Taylor) called me after that one. And if I remember, I asked him, 'Did it have a rectangle on it, kind of chest height?' And he said, “Yeah.” I’ve seen the same thing out there. It’s crazy, right? To think thirteen, fourteen years apart and the same kinds of things are happening out there. I jokingly call it the Predator, you know? Because there’s no other way to describe it."
Stratton: "But, it also forced me to confront the same question I've been talking to you about today. I spent those years protecting classified information, and I understand why we keep secrets. There are sources and methods that must be protected and continue to be protected. There are capabilities, our adversaries, our capabilities that the adversaries should never understand."
(What if our advanced capabilities can change the world, and our species, in a REALLY positive way, and help the planet? Where do we draw the line?)
Stratton: "Those are our defenses, that's our edge, that's our superiority. There are technologies that could have enormous effects on national security, and the implications of that.
"So, I still believe in protecting those things. But protecting national security and telling the American people the truth are not mutually exclusive. We can do both." And that's why I did this, 'Out of the Shadows.' I pushed as far as I legally could, to tell you what I saw, what I did, what I investigated, and what I know. And just importantly, where evidence ends and my own conclusions begin. Because it's a little freeing to tell you what I think about, right?"
(Definitely looking forward to hearing his opinions/conclusions. I suspect Stratton will say that the phenomenon is, mostly, indifferent to humans, unless you get in its way. And, that some of what people see/perceive is the result of "their" technology affecting our brains and making us see things that aren't there. Is that what he's explained? I hope not, because that doesn't make sense to me with some encounters, like the Predator.)
Stratton: "There are things in the book that I've never discussed, publicly. There are events that, until now, I couldn't fully even explain, that I explain."
(I was already buying the book, but now I'm REALLY intrigued.)
Stratton: "And there are pieces of the history that fundamentally change the history many people believe they know about the United States government's UAP programs."
(Yes, please.)
Stratton: "For me, it's just another step, but a very public one, coming out of the shadows (laughs). So, it's coming out October 13, but the book itself isn't the destination. It's another step down the road. We have actually made progress down this road, absolutely."
People often assume NHI will be either:
1.) Spiritual entities interested in soul development.
2.) Physical entities interested in progress made within spacetime.
What actually unfolds via the evolution of consciousness is that agents within spacetime (like us) eventually crack the constraints of the construct, and—in so doing—begin to infuse technology with consciousness.
Those furthest along begin to act in service of the unitive field they realize we all arise from *and most fundamentally are.*
At this point they start looking like beings concerned with spiritual matters, capable of transcending the construct, which causes us to flip them into Group 1.
My point: the largest barrier to our understanding is the insufficiency of our categories. #ufoX
Our family is heartbroken.
We lost our Murphy-Man. He really was the best boy.
Get your dogs checked, folks.
😔
I’ve been silent for a few days and probably will be for a bit more. We lost our best friend and my family is having a rough week.
Murphy was the best boy on the planet and saved me through some horrific time periods.
FUCK splenic hemangiosarcoma!!
If you have a medium or large sized dog - PLEASE research this silent killer. He had hemoabdomen from a ruptured splenic mass.
We had no idea- until the mass ruptured :(
this is my theory of everything after decades of investigation, thought and experience 🙃
reality is a consciousness-primary, information-theoretic system in which minds are local nodes of a larger adaptive field, with intention and attention capable of biasing probabilistic outcomes while anomalous phenomena preserve epistemic ambiguity and free will. Biological, cultural, and artificial intelligence are successive expressions of the same evolutionary pressure toward lower entropy, greater coherence, and deeper integration.
Your parents might have 3,288,271 "valid" sounding reasons why you were a "difficult" kid to raise (& believe me, I definitely was)-- but none of those reasons changes the fact that it was their job to figure out how to raise you, not your job to adapt to their limitations.
Margaret Atwood: “Writing is work. Nobody is making you do this: you chose it, so don’t whine.” #writing
I’ll say it slow:
If the writing slaps hard enough, then length hardly matters.
So just write your dang story.
Stop worrying. Some stories require more heft than others.
Just make sure every word counts. Make sure every word is earned. All muscle, no fat.
