“hey babe, do you remember where I put my Henry Rollins costume?” not the first time I’ve asked this totally normal question, won’t be the last

My book is out today and I need you to do me a tiny favor and tell every single person you have ever known simonandschuster.com/books/E…
Guy in front of me at the Sonic drive through ordered a 10 pound bag of ice. No food, just ice. Didn’t know that was possible, what a time to be alive.
I was emailing Seth for a work thing right after WM31 and told him that the curb stomp / RKO was the absolute highlight of the show and he said “oh cool I would have said it was when I won the title” 😬
Pretty sure this was the first art I ever commissioned! The start of a totally normal Kurt Russell art collection.

Got to do something pretty cool for @LeagueOfHeels the other day. Had to refer to @MarinoV1’s leagueofheels.com at least a dozen times. The site still cracks me up, and Brad is a hero for putting it together.
Waited in the rain to meet Henry Rollins 21 years ago. I was nervous and awkward, and held out my ticket for him to sign without saying a word. He looked at the ticket, then at me, and before signing shook my hand instead. “Hey, I’m Henry, thanks for coming out.”
A big part of my punk rock origin story, but at the time it was also an eye opening lesson in how to treat people (especially the weird ones) like people and not just transactions. I still think about it all the time. Thanks @henryrollins.
