Mental health awareness is vital to maintain a safe work environment in the construction industry. ABC Heart of America President, Michele Roberts-Bauer says, "I would argue it’s one of the most important things we do for our people." bizjournals.com/kansascity/n…

Thank you to all the candidates and legislators who joined us for our ABC Heart of America Open House! It was a fantastic morning of bipartisan conversation focused on shared priorities: developing our workforce, expanding access to rewarding careers, and growing the economies of Missouri and Kansas. We appreciate the opportunity to bring construction leaders and public officials together to discuss how we can support American workers and build stronger communities.

Proud to welcome Acting U.S. Secretary of Labor Keith Sonderling to ABC Heart of America! After hands-on demos from our apprentices, he joined Missouri and Kansas construction leaders to discuss workforce development, safety, and cutting red tape to grow the skilled trades.

Thanks to Kansas Senate President and gubernatorial candidate Ty Masterson for touring our training facility today and meeting with member contractors on the issues facing the construction trades. #ABCHOA #MeritShop #SkilledTrades
