Today, @SeniorTrender and I present our research into claims that Army Criminal Investigations Division (CID) agent, Thomas Barnes, investigated Army Lt. General John Riggs for improperly disclosing non-human intelligence (NHI) reverse engineered technology to a subordinate. Through FOIA, we’ve confirmed that Riggs was indeed investigated for improperly disclosing procurement sensitive information, and having this subordinate read into a Special Access Program (SAP). To conduct this investigation, Barnes was allegedly read into 16 Unacknowledged SAPs dealing with NHI technology, managed by the Army’s Technology Management Office (TMO). In the article, we present evidence that TMO indeed managed access “spooky” SAPs, and other data supporting the claims. While we make no definitive conclusions, we believe we’ve stumbled upon a paper trail that could lead directly to some of the alleged NHI reverse engineering programs. And, at the very least, warrant further investigation by a congressional body as to why Riggs was not formally charged. The article can be viewed here osa.news/p/investigation-rev… We’re happy to answer any questions you have. Same chance it’s “maybe” aliens. All a silly way to argue, and equally an unfair thing fr you to post out and insinuate to your followers - because no one cares about the insertion of the word “maybe”. I stand by that. All of the above is said with the intention of a respectful debate. I stand by that, too.

It should now be clear that Elizondo was supposed to be the counterintel lead protecting the retrieved UAP that Lockheed/Ryder wanted to transfer to AAWSAP. But CIA DS&T’s Gaffney (allegedly) blocked the transfer. No UAP transfer or SAP status for AAWSAP = no Elizondo on AAWSAP
LOCKHEED VP RYDER Stratton discussed NHI/retrieved UAP with Ryder. Just before he died, Ryder spoke like someone who studied NHI: Gravity, Consciousness, Bailey’s “Cosmic Fire,” “Mystery of the Ages” “on the verge of Revelation,” ESP, remote viewing, “my good buddy” Hal Puthoff

FALSE. CORRECTING THE RECORD: DAVID GRUSCH AND STEVEN GREER’S JUNE 2023 EVENTS The claim that David Grusch “first appeared” as a Steven Greer witness at a paid conference on June 10, 2023 is unsupported by the original conference program. Greer’s own event registration page, preserved by the Wayback Machine immediately before the conference: JUNE 9, 2023 ARCHIVED PROGRAM: web.archive.org/web/20230609… EARLIER JUNE 2, 2023 VERSION: web.archive.org/web/20230602… David Grusch is not listed as a speaker or witness. His surname does not appear anywhere on either archived page. Here is the detailed advertised schedule from the June 9 capture. Topic descriptions are condensed. SATURDAY, JUNE 10, 2023 JW Marriott, Washington, DC • 9:00–10:30 a.m. — Michael Schratt Extraterrestrial vehicle crash-retrieval cases, with data and illustrations. • 10:30–11:00 a.m. — Break. • 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. — Michael Schratt Covert human-made craft compared with extraterrestrial craft, with data and illustrations. • 12:30–2:00 p.m. — Lunch. • 2:00–3:45 p.m. — Steven Greer Disclosure Project intelligence archive; military and corporate witnesses; alleged secret facility locations; disclosure developments; additional witness cases. • 3:45–4:00 p.m. — Break. • 4:00–5:30 p.m. — Greer’s witness session. Grusch is not listed. Heckert, USAF, for U-2 pilot testimony, followed by Greer’s recommendations, attorney Derek Garcia’s discussion of RICO and a legal task force, questions & closing remarks. • 7:30–9:30 p.m. — Screening of “The Lost Century.” • 9:30 p.m.–midnight — VIP after-party. MONDAY, JUNE 12, 2023 National Press Club, Washington, DC • 2:00–3:30 p.m. — Advertised Disclosure 2.0 press conference, featuring new testimony and a presentation of Greer’s intelligence archive. This was a separate event from the June 10–11 Marriott conference. The archived listing does not name Grusch as a participant. The National Press Club’s surviving event page independently confirms June 12 at 2:00 p.m.: press.org/events/ufouap-disc… WHAT ABOUT THE ADVERTISEMENT MENTIONING GRUSCH? The promotional passage being circulated claims Greer mentored Grusch and supplied information for his investigation. It then says GREER would discuss the findings. It does not say Grusch would attend, speak, testify or appear as one of Greer’s witnesses. Mentioning someone in promotional copy is not evidence that the person agreed to participate. Moreover, on June 6, 2023, Vinnie Adams published a statement attributed to Grusch that expressly rejected the mentorship claim: “I have not been mentored by anyone, and my public disclosure has been done independently under my own free will.” The statement also asked Greer to stop using Grusch’s name to promote his personal agenda. Original post: teapawt.org/disclosureteam_/status… THE PUBLICATION TIMELINE Leslie Kean and Ralph Blumenthal’s article introducing Grusch’s disclosures appeared in The Debrief on JUNE 5, 2023—five days before the Marriott conference began. Actually, disagree. Since Grusch dropped a metaphorical 🧨 on Congress in 2023: 1) the House has held THREE public UFO hearings (funny that Google AI totally skipped over Gillibrand and the Senate, so had to do separate search for Senate. AI 🤖 gets it 🤣) 2) Burlison got the UAPDA included in House passed NDAA 3) House members are now in regular conversations with the FBI’s formerly secret UFO unit (conversations that could be meant to placate Congress…) 4) The FBI minted commemorative UAP coins (possibly as a head fake…) 5) The Pentagon reversed some 70 years of public lies — the weight of which has yet to land amongst the political class (media included) — and publicly released 6 tranches of #UFOFILES THAT THE GOVERNMENT CLAIMED DIDN’T EXIST at this time last year. 6) A UFO WHISTLEBLOWER WAS HIRED AS A CONGRESSIONAL STAFFER 🤯 which I’ve never seen done on ANY other issue in ny 20 years covering Congress (let alone in the hundreds of political history books I’ve read) Sure, it’s easy to point out all of this Congress’s glaring shortcomings — from lawmakers idiotic lack of UAP curiosity to the handful of actually curious members allowing the executive branch (the one they’re constitutionally charged with funding) to dictate the stonewall-esque terms of their investigation. Like, we basically had to shutter our Ask a Pol Drugs vertical (just rolled it into Ask a Pol Politics), because marijuana is a 4-letter word in the 119th Congress. Example: The broadly bipartisan Congressional Cannabis Caucus has NOT MET ONCE over the past 2 years. So, yeah, this Congress can barely walk, let alone chew gum. But that’s just par for the congressional course on most every issue these days (except crypto, which, even with broad bipartisan support across the Capitol, this Congress has failed to set up even the most basic consumer protections for the multi-billion dollar industry. AI — 119th Congress “can’t even spell AI” (believe that’s a Josh Hawley quote) KOSA (Kids Online Safety Act) — even after lawmakers in both ran on promises of prioritizing enacting basic b**** guardrails for children — KIDS!!! the LOWEST OF LOW HANGING 🍌 FRUIT 🍎 — and after hearing heart wrenching testimony from a plethora of Silicon Valley whistleblowers, the 119th Congress has failed American children (again) Gas prices weighing down EVERY incumbent? — the 119th Congress gave itself an extended pre-election recess rather than pass the Rate Payer Protection Act Now that I put it that way, possibly the best gift 🎁 the 119th Congress gave to the #ufox community was to NOT address the issue. And don’t forget, for close to 100 years Democrats campaigned, promised and fought for universal health care. And then, in 2009, with a filibuster-proof majority of 60 Democratic Senators, DEMOCRATS FAILED TO PASS UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE. That’s Congress at work under the system our Founders purposely designed to blunt the will of the impassioned masses (their thinking; not ours). All in all, this Congress paid a ton more attention to UFO — THE SPEAKER GAVE THE UAP🛸CAUCUS THEIR OWN TASK FORCE!!! — than many other pressing issues these politicians promised to address, yet failed to. The grass is the greenest it’s ever been. GREAT👏WORK #UFOX #UAPX — YOU LITERALLY CHANGED THE CONVERSATION IN WASHINGTON.🏆 Had we bet at the start of this Congress on any of these developments, I’D HAVE LOST. And I’m a congressional expert. Keep pushing — as we do at Ask a Pol — but if the UFO community doesn’t give this Congress and these politicians their 🥇 due, than you all risk setting the clock back to a time when the mere mention of UFO got you eye-rolled out of town. I mean, would you risk your entire career for a small ( if always growing!) subset of ungrateful people? I did. And I’m nervous, mocked-to-disregarded and broke as a f’n joke daily because of it. But I have no (well, few) regrets. It’s a new day in DC. That’s all you #ufox! 🏆 - Prof Laslo

NEW: John Podesta responds to David Grusch’s claims from yesterday's Joe Rogan interview. In an email to PARADIGM, Podesta acknowledged participating in a call to discuss "amongst other things, declassifying DOD files and reducing the stigma of professionals taking UAP’s seriously" with Blink-182 frontman Tom DeLonge, retired Air Force Gen. Neil McCasland, and Rob Weiss, then-head of Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works. But Podesta contested Grusch's claim that it was part of a broader "acclimatization" effort to prepare society for the truth about UFOs ahead of the 2016 election. Link below with more details...

Are the US and China deploying advanced propulsion tech against each other? Ask a Pol asks: Someone told us that it was China that shut down Langley [Air Force Base] in 2023 for 17 days, causing our entire fleet of F-22 Raptors to be moved? Key Rounds: “I can’t talk about that right now,” Sen. Mike Rounds exclusively tells Ask a Pol UAP. Is the US deploying similar advanced tech? “Let’s put it this way, they don’t keep me or members of our [Intelligence] Committee awake at night,” Rounds says. “But I suspect we keep them awake at night.” That’s the American way. Disclosure Foundation Chairman Christopher Mellon: "The US today is faced with a serious national security challenge resulting from unidentified objects repeatedly violating US airspace. The US government admits these mysterious objects are not US aircraft and admits their origin remains unknown. These are the most critical facts the public needs to know. Efforts to obscure the truth undermine national security and reflect the worst, not the best, of American journalism." The public deserves rigorous journalism and the truth wherever the evidence leads. Discovery belongs in the daylight. Whatever UAP may be, the answer should be determined by evidence, not obscured by secrecy.

A key statement from the Disclosure Foundation's Policy Brief No. 7: “The UAP Records Collection includes all ‘Government-funded UAP records,’ not merely ‘agency records’ as defined by other laws such as FOIA. Because FFRDCs are federally funded, their taxpayer-funded UAP records must be collected and produced pursuant to Congress’ mandate.” Authored by the Foundation's Chairman Christopher Mellon (@ChrisKMellon), Executive Director Jordan Flowers (@jordanflowers) and Chief Legal Officer Hunt Willis, the Foundation’s latest policy brief examines the legal obligation to ensure federally funded UAP records are identified and transferred to the National Archives. The mandate is clear. The Foundation calls on FFRDCs, their sponsoring agencies, NARA, PIDB, and PURSUE to ensure these records are identified, transferred, and disclosed in accordance with federal law.

An important clip that I never got to share from my interview with @EricBurlison last week. We were in the middle of talking about needing to see craft and hard evidence when it crossed into what any future hearings would look like, and more notably, the type of witnesses he would want to bring in. Subpoena's? PS, I still may share some other clips from this interview in the future because I feel it was a really significant and meaningful conversation. For now, here's this one. And as always, check out the UAP podcast for more.

What the sources allege: -Italy recovered a craft near Magenta in 1933, gave Germany access in 1934 and identified its occupants as advanced terrestrial “Nordics” -Himmler’s 1935 Ahnenerbe became the program used to find the “Nordics” and exploit their technology -The United States learned of the work in 1944-45. The sources say it later absorbed an overt von Braun stream and a covert Kammler stream through the Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency, Overcast and Paperclip -They trace the work through the CIG, CIA and Air Force, then to a claimed 1962 transfer into the Air Force and defense industry - The Magenta account recasts the Die Glocke legend. Any Bell-like device, they say, may have been an attempt to copy recovered technology -The central historical question is whether Kammler survived and entered American custody.
