Now I am officially the last one waiting on my bag from cancelled @SouthwestAir flight after being repeatedly told my bag was on the way.
On hour 3 waiting on bags alone after @SouthwestAir cancelled flight at 5PM. #worsttravelexperienceyet
I've been at the airport for 6 hours and counting just to turn around and go home thanks to @SouthwestAir.
You think after @SouthwestAir cancelled flight they'd try to care for their customers and get bags to them quick or know where they are.
Now I've been waiting on my bag for 2 hours at baggage claim @SouthwestAir with no one able to update me.
Only solution from @SouthwestAir was a 2 flights over 10 hours that gets me into LGA tmw when I was supposed to get in at 7PM tonight.
So disappointed as I am a @SouthwestAir fan but today with announcement that "flight # ___ cancelled go to cust service" with no other msg.
Cancellation from @SouthwestAir is incredibly unorganized- no one has provided any information or help.
Flight inexplicably cancelled with @SouthwestAir. Have been in customer service line for over an hour and phone service no help!!!
