The high-level engagement provided a pivotal platform for ACCOSCA to strengthen global cooperation, exchange knowledge and explore strategic opportunities aimed at advancing financial inclusion, economic empowerment and sustainable development across the cooperative movement. On the sidelines of the AGM, the African delegation held consultative engagements with Gerardo Almaguer, President and Chief Executive Officer of @DesjardinsCoop , and Lisa Baillargeon, Chair and Director at Desjardins International Development, focusing on strengthening areas of collaboration and advancing the Africa Cooperative Climate Action Plan. In Attendance was @mategwa , Vice Chairperson of ACCOSCA, Cyprian Basing, CEO of @CUA_Ghana and Grace Watsiera, Executive Director of ACDF, who both serve at the Proxfin Management Committee.
