To @MissouriRevenue: LGBTQ+ people deserve answers, not silence. 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 Ten organizations signed a letter sent to the DOR on Tuesday, December 5. It demanded they sit down with us to create a path forward for all people in MO to be able to have accurate state-issued IDs.
Forcing public schools to display the Ten Commandments is a waste of public resources and a clear violation of the 1st Amendment's Establishment Clause.

Missouri voter advocates condemned a ruling Monday by Cole County Circuit Court upholding a law that unconstitutionally burdens Missouri voters by further restricting Missouri’s photo ID requirements to vote.

A Circuit Court has refused to halt enforcement of Missouri’s discriminatory law that bars transgender adolescents from receiving gender-affirming medical care & prohibits Medicaid coverage for gender-affirming medical care for transgender people of any age.
We will appeal.
