ELON MUSK’S GROK IS STARTING TO LOOK LESS LIKE A CHATBOT AND MORE LIKE AN EMPLOYEE. On October 27, xAI revealed how its own sales team is using Grok Bots to handle actual business operations. Three specialized AI agents now handle different stages of the sales process: Account Intel Bot researches prospects, prepares meetings and updates Salesforce. Quote Bot generates pricing proposals and order forms. Deal Bot reviews contracts and handles approval workflows. They can even analyze meeting transcripts and prepare customer follow-up emails. Human employees still approve sensitive decisions, but much of the routine work is already being delegated. If AI agents can handle an entire sales workflow, which profession do you think will feel the impact next?

I was in line at Shoprite, behind this guy. Just groceries, nothing serious. Bread, milk, eggs, chicken. He looked so tired, like he just closed from work. He swiped his card. Declined. He swiped again. Declined. You could see his face change. He started looking at his basket like "okay, what can I remove?" He was quietly telling the cashier, "Remove the chicken... leave the bread..." Everyone behind us was sighing, hissing. You know how Lagos lines can be. I don't know what came over me. I just stepped forward and said, "Aunty, add it to mine." He looked at me like "What?" I said "It's okay, just pay." It was N28,500 total. Not small money, but not like I was going broke either.

IF IT WERE THE OTHER WAY ROUND, WE ALL KNOW THEY WOULD GIVE HIM A 10/10 RATING. WHAT ELSE WAS HE SUPPOSED TO DO?

She applied to 14 scholarships and lost every one. Then she won $42,000. Here's the one thing she changed. It wasn't her grades or her essay. Here's what she did differently 🧵

Corpers who reject a ₦67,000 job deserve to stay at home. Nobody owes you ₦300,000 because you finished NYSC and collected a certificate. My eldest brother’s son passed out in Ilorin yesterday. He was still in his khaki when he rejected a ₦67,000 job. The company had been waiting for him since September. He looked at the manager and said, “I did not study Accounting for four years to earn that salary.” My brother heard it last night and collected his car keys from him. His younger sister in 200 level told him, “Brother, just start somewhere.” He looked at her and said, “Small girl, go and read your book.” This afternoon my brother called the manager to beg for the job. The manager said, “Sir, another guy already collected the offer letter today. He didn’t complain. He just said thank you and asked when he could resume.” He starts on Monday. After three months they will move him to ₦157,000. My nephew is 25 years old.

So many battles covered with nice cloth and beautiful smiles, and yes, we have been told to always show up regardless of what is happening. You see that man standing next to you might just be showing up really but deep down he is already tired of fighting 😭. Can life be please be a bit fair to some of us. #Justmyrandomthought.

🇨🇦 Graduated with a 2:2 and want to pursue a Master’s in Human Resources in Canada? Don’t rule yourself out yet! Two universities worth exploring: University of Regina — Master of Human Resource Management. General graduate minimum: 70% (approx. 2.67/4.0). Memorial University — Master of Employment Relations. Minimum: second-class bachelor’s degree. Scholarships and funding opportunities exist, but full funding is NOT guaranteed. Your 2:2 must still meet the university’s credential equivalency requirements.

People are walking around on this earth 🌍, but not everyone is walking with the same spirit. Some have God's angels watching over them, while others are surrounded by darkness. Never forget that the spiritual world is real. You are either for the light or against it. You are either in or out. 💯

At what point would you say a man is controlling and possessive? I’m genuinely curious, and would want to hear your thoughts.

Hey @grok , take her back to ancient Rome. Let's see what she would look like in that era 👀
My manager once told me I was the least useful person on his team. I didn't argue. I just smiled and went back to work. For almost a year, I was the person everyone called whenever something went wrong. If a client couldn't get a response, they called me. If a payment was missing, they called me. If someone forgot an important deadline, somehow, I was the one fixing it. Nobody noticed how much I handled because everything always got sorted out. One Monday, I decided to take three days off.
