UPDATE: A Dutch activist linked to Palestine Action supporters, who defaced Winston Churchill’s statue in Parliament Square with slogans including “Globalise the Intifada,” “Zionist war criminal,” and red triangles, has been acquitted of criminal damage. A jury at Southwark Crown Court found Olax Outis (also known as Caspar San Giorgi) not guilty. He argued the paint was washable and therefore caused no damage. Video is an interview with Caspar San Giorgi on why he did it. #westminster
