This lady in my office borrowed ₦100k from another colleague.
She promised to return it after receiving her July salary.
Salary came.
She didn’t pay.
The colleague reminded her.
She said, “Please, give me till next month.”

My cousin checked his WAEC result and made As in all his subjects.
His dad drove him out and asked how he managed to get such a result.
He said he had been reading very well.
“You’re not that brilliant academically. There’s no way you made this kind of result,” my uncle said.
The boy kept quiet for a while before he finally confessed.
His mum had been giving him ₦3,000 every day during the exams to pay for expo.
My uncle said he would have to rewrite the WAEC.
His mum refused. She said that wouldn’t be possible.
She picked a JAMB form for him instead.
He scored 85.
