My mum was transferred from UCH emergency to ward since yesterday afternoon and no doctor has attended to her till now. She has not eaten anything since Monday morning, her test result showed low potassium and we were asked to buy some medicines urgently yesterday.
I went to collect my mum's test result at the lab yesterday. while waiting, A man came to return the bottle he collected(empty). The lab attendant asked him why, He said the woman they collected it for is dead. I lost my balance, I had to call my sister to come and stay.

A dividend payment can have two separate questions:
Who is entitled to receive it? And at the moment of payment, are they still eligible to receive it?
The community built KYC Dividend Template takes a snapshot of token ownership to determine who is entitled to a dividend.
Then, when the payment is made, it checks the holder's KYC status.
If they're eligible, the dividend is paid.
If they're not, the amount is placed in escrow rather than simply disappearing. The holder can claim it later if they become eligible within the defined reclaim window.
The submission includes:

▪️On-chain KYC eligibility checks
▪️Escrow for ineligible recipients
▪️Reclaim windows
▪️Role-based access controls
▪️Pause and reentrancy protections
▪️Testnet deployment scripts
