Good summary of @dac_cloud thesis

There is an elephant in the room.
People in the organization are not equal. Pretending they are equal is communistic, and this communism is killing DAOs far faster than "DAO size", or whatever hypothesis the eth private groups discuss now.
Governance is not dead, but "communistic governance" is a dead man walking.
Capitalistic governance treats one thing differently. It admits that people in the organization are not equal. In the old Scrum metaphor, these classes of people in the team were called "chickens" and "pigs". Their roles, processes, and incentives are fundamentally different.
Funny that these metaphors were even removed from later Scrum books, as it was making leftists freak out. So what, their preachers can't yet bend reality.
Maybe it's already time to drop these dances around communist inefficient primitives put into a religion, and finally try the primitive that was working for centuries?
DAC is here.

There is no better structure to "learn from outcomes, calibrate and improve over time" than the "Firm" itself.
More precisely, "team" as the minimal unit of execution.
We delivered this missing primitive as the first team-as-code framework @dac_cloud
On that ground that on-chain firm can provide, learning loops and firm's context can be built natively, owned noone besides the firm itself
