When it comes to AI for Sales teams, most Sales leaders start at the wrong part of the funnel. Using agents to just send more prospecting emails is a lowest leverage thing you can do with AI. My advice is focus on the middle and bottom of the funnel/ deal execution. That’s where you make your number.
Our entire sales team (105 AEs) runs on a core set of 12 agents (see attached). Every regional director can extend them and build their own for their part of the business.
That gives us a governed core with flexibility at the edges, allowing regional teams to tailor it to their own sales plays and focus areas. Its pretty epic what its doing for us

The best part of using @agentspothq is that its become "Team AI platform". Subject matter experts build and share agents and autonomous workflows. Highly Valuable Agents (HVAs) rise up. How many people are using , Voting, recommendations which causes more people in the company to use them creating a virtuous cycle of agent adoption.
I am also seeing so much pride of ownership in the team. Folks are proudly sharing ...I built that agent !
