🚀 New preprint out! We introduce SMOLM-LFM — a simple, ratiometric, light-field–based method for 6D single-molecule orientation + localization, no polarization optics, no complex PSFs.
Fast.Robust.Large DoF.
A work done at @HenriquesLab. In colaboration with the great @lalemanc1
