This is crazy, exciting, scary, and all the feelings at the same time. 😅 @FastAPI reached @rails in GitHub stars. 🎉 Rails was used to build things like Twitter, GitHub, Airbnb, and many more. 🤯

I'VE MERGED THE MONSTER.🚀 After 7 weeks work, +7,782 −11,105 changes; the main switch in @pydantic to use pydantic core is merged. It should now be much easier for others to contribute to the effort to get pydantic V2 out. 🙏 github.com/pydantic/pydantic…

Anyone know of a good hosted dummy API for teaching? Looking for: - No registration needed - Login, basic auth or cookies is fine - Simple CRUD operation via JSON (todo?)

I want to showcase how you can test a hosted API, students should be able to try it out themselves easily without having to host a server. I want some kind of login to make it more realistic (session handling with login and logout via fixtures) Bonus if there's fun twist!
A little something we've been working on for the past 2 years in complete secrecy. youtu.be/sahskKAxSCY
