@_HealthPartners again severely disappointed with HealthPartners care. You told me to submit a form and I did and it’s clear that someone there does not understand the complexity of this case.
@_HealthPartners it’s obvious that you have people who are not nurses or medical professionals reviewing appeals, they don’t even understand what “bilateral shoulder fusions” means and how complex it is.2 people in the state of iowa and they think I can get care elsewhere

So happy with our experience with @Delta on our trip to New York. After having unexpected emergency surgery, they graciously pushed me through LaGuardia airport in a wheelchair. So much better than @AmericanAir – at Dubuque, IA

@AmericanAir Your company is rediculous, and your customer service is lacking. Let’s just take $800+ from me because we couldn’t travel due to Covid. Shaking my head.
