Induction of new school leaders is vital. They must understand what is expected of them; they require clarity in understanding their role; and they should be supported with formal training, mentoring and coaching. @aitsl #ACELNC24

We received this stunning artwork by Tegan Murdock from Ngumpie Weaving. It showcases weaving circles by Highly Accomplished and Lead teachers at the #HALTSummit2024. This piece uses Aboriginal weaving methods, symbolising the unity and collaboration of HALTs nationwide.
