So the final figure is in - my little ride from Lands End to John O’Groats raised an amazing £3,140 for @TeenageCancer 😀🚴♀️ Thanks to everyone who supported with donations and encouragement. What a ride! #LEJOG #AATR

A hike with the Muddy Boots group today - wild sea, a smattering of seals and good cake at Flamborough RNLI’s last cake bake weekend of the year!
Short sleeves in mid October - it was a lovely 20C on our seaside circular ride this afternoon. If only we could have turned off the wind! 🚴♀️
