And this joker will not tell that there are 3 designated places assigned for protest. Jantar mantar is denotified considering security and not to hamper things around. He doesn’t care if any things happens to people participating!

What if plugins in WordPress were able to have their own dedicated drill-down, nested navigations?
For complex products like WooCommerce, that would really clean up the experience, and make our menus much more flexible (also allows us to remove the horrible double-nav in our settings area!).
That's exactly what @beaulebens was exploring with this PR during RSM: github.com/woocommerce/wooco…
It's something I've seen requested a lot lately by WooCommerce users; a more ecommerce focussed navigation experience.
Shall we explore this further at the WP level?

this is WordPress. not headless WordPress. rendered at request time with PHP with Gutenberg blocks kind of WordPress.
🤌
One release. Plenty to explore.
WordPress 7.1 brings responsive styling, a new media editing experience, richer ways to collaborate, new blocks, developer tools, and more.
Take a closer look at everything inside 7.1:

Two days of #Frappe overdose at Frappeverse 2026 😄
The @frappetech team is cooking some really good stuff. Love where things are heading.
Lots to absorb, try & think about. But first, I might need a week of Frappe detox.
Frappe Local started with macOS support, and Windows has been one of the most requested additions.
Initial Windows support is now here 🎉
Still a few rough edges, but ready to try.

Quick glimpse 👇
Frappe Playground can now install and run ERPNext right in the browser!
A fun little milestone for the project.

Frappe Playground got a fresh UI + Boot Flags 👀
You can now customize the Playground through query params.
And #Frappe Vault’s live demo is now powered by Playground itself.
Same Playground, different experience ✨

Frappe Playground has moved well beyond the initial POC.
Running @frappetech entirely in the browser is getting more stable and practical, with better performance, multiple instances, saved sites, and initial support for installing select apps.

A client team wanted #Frappe's power in #WordPress without forcing anyone to learn a new system. So we built a #React data store that bridges both.
Frappe runs the backend; WordPress stays the familiar interface. #Opensource & already in use. 🚀

Totally excited about the new Image Modal I can use via the Block editor's image block.
Cropping, rotating resizing and etc become really fast and easier.
Also has sidebar to update the image's meta data. Coming to a WordPress instance near you soon with WordPress 7.1

We’re taking on @WooCommerce's GH backlog. Over the next three months, we’re reviewing every open issue and PR there.
If you've filed an issue on WooCommerce Core: thank you, and you'll be hearing from us if it’s still open.
I wrote about it here: woocommerce.com/posts/woocom…
We built WP Frappe Data Store to use @frappetech data inside @WordPress without leaving the familiar WordPress experience.
Keep using WordPress components, packages, build tools, & data store that connects to Frappe.
Giving familiar home to clients with frappe goodness.
The UX feels native to WordPress, while Frappe handles the data, workflows, and business logic underneath.
Starter kits for the WordPress plugin and Frappe app, giving a reusable base.

Nice to have them working together. 🙂
It is easy to lose sight of how much the team has built while you are busy building it.
@buddhamaan captured our first half of 2026 beautifully. The experiments, the tools, and the little questions that led us here.
Tools we need. Tools we build. :)

6 months into 2026, we continued doing what we've always done: finding the friction, building the fix.
We built across #Frappe, #WordPress, #Laravel - wherever the work took us. Made things for ourselves, then shared them because they helped others too.

Every time I see a new product boasting about being a @screenstudio alternative, I think about how @pie6k unknowingly created an entire application category called “screenstudio.” :)
