a while ago, i decided to move away from home. not for a job or a better city, but because i needed a change in my environment. i felt like my days were getting too repetitive. there were too many distractions, my routine kept slipping, and i wasn't really making the progress i wanted. i wanted to put myself in a position where i had to take more responsibility for my time, my work and myself. one thing i've realised since then: discipline isn't always about having more willpower. sometimes it's about building an environment where doing the right things becomes easier. i think the same applies to founders. you don't magically become consistent. you build a routine, create the right environment and put systems in place that make showing up easier. sometimes, changing your environment is the first step towards changing yourself.

one of the biggest mistakes founders make is waiting until launch to start building their personal brand. you spend months building your product, getting everything ready for mainnet and preparing for the big announcement. but what about the people you're trying to reach? funds, partners, builders and potential customers don't start trusting you overnight. they need to know who you are, what you're building and why they should care. and that doesn't happen with one launch announcement. by the time you launch, people should already know your name, understand your vision and have some level of trust in you. because building a product takes months. building the trust that helps it succeed takes time too. don't wait until you have something to announce before giving people a reason to pay attention.

founders have a lot of things to say. But ask someone what they actually stand for, and you'll probably get a different answer every time. that's a big problem. You don't build a personal brand by having an opinion on everything. You build an authoritative brand by becoming known for something that people start associating with you. Pick a belief you genuinely stand behind. talk about it. Challenge the popular opinion around it. share your experiences and keep bringing it up from different angles. you might feel like you're repeating yourself, but most people haven't even heard you say it once. consistency is what makes people remember you

You think your DM to that fund partner is a cold message. It isn't. If he's seen three of your takes in his feed this month, he already has a picture of you. Your DM isn't an introduction anymore. It's a follow-up to a conversation he didn't know he was having. That's the quiet part of founder brand. It's been introducing you for months. You just never saw it happening.

worse project is winning, and it is never because of their tech. i've seen it enough time that even I believe that having a extremely good product doesn't even matter nowadays the answer is: they are positioned in your market better than you do. so when the BD lead had to make a call, their name was already in his head. you lost before the game even begun. They got known first, built their brands, owned a market, meanwhile you're refining the teach and waiting to be discovered. Nobody discovers you. You win only when the right people already know you exists.

Three biggest reasons why your brand is not booking calls for you. 1. People don't understand what problem you solve, who you solve it for, or why they should trust you. 2. You aren’t visible to the right audience. 3. Your content has no connection to your sales funnel

i literally have nothing to say but if you don't build your life the way you want it to be, you'll live exactly the way you are living rn for the rest of your life let that sink in

Founders don't need random followers, you need liquidity providers, partners, people running the space. Each industry has specific set of people who control the market Here’s how I get you in front of them in 14 days: 1. Find the leak Before anything else, I audit how you show up. You are invisible to the right people because nobody can tell what they do in 10 seconds. 2. Map the 50 people you need: Funds, BD leads, partners, ecosystem people. Every name gets a reason they matter and a path in. When there's no path, I build a one. 3. Own one position One line someone could repeat about you in a meeting you’re not in. If they can’t repeat it, they won’t remember you. 4. Show up where they already are Content built for those 50, not for the algorithm. Replies on their posts, every day, before a single DM goes out. 5. Then open the door Warm intros first. Direct DMs second. By the time the message lands, they already know the name. and that's how I start your conversation with them.

You should never go to TOKEN 2049 without optimizing your X account. You’ll meet 100s of people and so will everyone else. Exchanging information isn’t enough, even have a good conversation won’t help because 2 days later no one will remember anything. Don’t tell them they should trust you with what you do, show them why they must. That’s where utilizing X is the best play here. optimize your X in such a way that they only see the reasons to work with you, nothing else. Not everyone will be doing this, that's why you should do this. Very few will think about what happens after the conversation, that’s your edge.

I hate myself for saying this. Yesterday, I was looking for my old network, people I was connected with early on, around peak NFT szn. and some of the best builders and marketers I used to respect have gone completely silent for 6–12 months. Sadly, they’ve quit the space and moved on. However, it also made me realize that Web3 is not for everyone. building phase is much harder than people think it is. you lose your social circle. you stop enjoying sitting with your old friends. and your entire life turns out to be online. that part sucks so bad. I’ve survived 6 years in this space… quite a long time, I know. But it wasn’t easy at all. hundreds of breakdowns, late nights, and I even started smoking. But eventually, if you stay in the game for long enough, you WIN. It’s less about competition and more about the drive that makes you keep going.

Don’t be the guy building random shit with AI. AI is too vast to “learn AI.” Pick a lane and become ridiculously good at using AI for one specific outcome and workflow.. for instance, you’re a content creator: and your only job is to share solid content pieces that people love and ultimately grow your brand to its potential. instead of using Ai to write your posts build an entire content workflow around it: → find the most trending topic or important conversations happening in your niche → research the topic and collect the best data → find an interesting angle → turn it into a strong piece of content → optimize it for reach and interaction → distribute it across the right channels → analyze what worked and feed it back into the system Once you master this, every single piece of content you share will drive the maximum results. Now you have an actual AI-powered workflow. It doesn’t limit to content creation, you can use it for Social Media Management, Marketing, Product development, distribution, just name it. goal is to make AI ridiculously good at helping you do one thing. AI without direction is a rabbit hole. You can spend months building random shit and still have nothing valuable to show for it. Pick a lane. Build the workflow. Master it. and then let AI make you 10x faster at it.

Projects you must know about: PART 1 @senpi_ai All the ai trading platforms sell the same dream: "let the AI trade for you." problem is you have to trust it before you've seen it be right about anything and eventually what happens is you end up losing money because the AI didn’t recognize if a signal was real or made up. Meanwhile, Senpi on the other hand lets you paste any wallet and it scores it based 1-100 and shows where it’s leaking. You don’t have to trust it’s trading capabilities. It proves itself on your own trades. Senpi is like your personal AI quant for Hyperliquid perps and an MCP about 58-62 tools, agents like claude can plug in. And the founder behind the project is well known: @AComeau15 @betashop. Give them a follow. P.S. it’s not any promotional posts, i only share what i think is worth sharing.
