For 15 years now, female-attracted (aka straight) MtF “transwomen” have flooded and dominated virtually all “lesbian” spaces both online and IRL.
Since ~2015, MtFs have been moderating every public lesbian subreddit, and then systematically banning lesbians as “TERFs” from our own spaces for being same-sex (rather than “gender identity”) attracted. So lesbians created “lesbiangang” in 2020, where some controlled lesbian opposition to TQ+ orthodoxy has gradually been permitted on Reddit.
Today, gay women on r/lesbiangang are discussing how lesbian spaces in real life have been appropriated and destroyed by opposite-sex-attracted MtFs within the past decade. Their comments echo my own experiences as a 33-year-old lesbian in Los Angeles:
For at least 12 years, MtF “transwomen” have co-opted virtually every “lesbian” party, event, organization, dating app and social space, to the point that most actual lesbians don’t even bother attending anymore when something is advertised as “for lesbians.”
Because in 2026, most lesbians know that “for lesbians” (or for “LGBTQ+”) now means: catering to heterosexual males who transition MtF and CALL themselves “lesbians,” despite being born male & opposite-sex attracted rather than born female & strictly same-sex attracted.
Once inside our formerly lesbian spaces, these opposite-sex-attracted males routinely bully actual homosexual women like me as “transphobic TERF bigots” for being exclusively same-sex attracted rather than attracted to “woman gender identities, regardless of sexed anatomy.”
So lesbians have learned to keep our distance from “lesbian” organizations, spaces and events, in order to avoid being sexually harassed, pressured and bullied out as “TERFs” by the heterosexual males who now run our spaces.
TQ+ activism, particularly the misogynistic and homophobic MtF activists openly LARPing as “lesbians” while taking control of our spaces, has effectively held L&G hostage for over a decade.
This dynamic has been especially visible and devastating for the gay female community, who are all socialized and conditioned as girls and women whereas heterosexual MtF interlopers are socialized as boys and men.

EXCLUSIVE: The Washington Human Rights Commission voted to amend state code so businesses that "require nudity as a central purpose...may maintain a rule that entry to spaces where nudity is required be based on genital characteristics."
The commission did this on an emergency basis "to address pending litigation," likely from the lawsuits regarding single gender spas
The commission added, "We are very committed to protecting transgender rights"
The attorney general's office must now file the rule change. Right now, the law still says "all entities shall allow individuals the use of facilities consistent with the person's gender expression or identity," including locker rooms.

November 10, 12 & 13: The dates of my appeal trial at the BC Supreme Court.
I am appealing a ruling that found me guilty of "unprofessional conduct" for advocating for the rights of women and children in my off-duty time.
My regulator, the BC College of Nurses, investigated me at the behest of a cancellation mob after receiving complaints from members of the public I've never met. I have never had a patient complaint. I was dragged through years of disciplinary hearings, lasting longer than a murder trial. (My fight was made possible by @JCCFCanada and @LDBildy.)
After my guilty verdict, I was told I would face a 1 month suspension and had to pay $94,000 to the BCCNM. My employer of 13 years, Vancouver Coastal Health, fired me with no severance, and no way to even collect EI. I was a single mom with 2 young boys. The suspension and $94k was put on hold for the appeal. My name is blacklisted and I essentially was pushed out of the profession entirely.
I first noticed the rise of gender ideology a decade ago, and I was fascinated and repulsed that women were being told to shut up about their experiences to make way for people who identify as us. Then I came to understand that paediatric "gender affirming care" is a terrible medical scandal, probably worse than the lobotomy. I began to write about the topic and, with another BC woman, began to organize events to discuss gender ideology. We faced vicious threats, protests, and attempts to shut us down. Later, of course, I was involved in a billboard project that drew a lot of ire from trans activists.
Never could I have imagined that life would go in this direction: being smeared as a bigot across the country; losing my career and long-term financial stability; and spending 6+ years in a protracted legal battle.
I'm still fighting because I care about the truth, free speech (for all of us, but especially for regulated professionals, who don't deserve to be policed in their private lives and forced to go along with state orthodoxy), and women's rights. Please follow along for updates.

According to Australia’s sex discrimination act, looking like a man is a protected characteristic of being a “transgender woman”.
In 3 weeks, he will be released from prison for his second attempted rape conviction.
And because he claims to be a woman, the law is on his side to go into woman only spaces.

Marsha (or rather, Malcolm) was a gay man who loved doing drag. He was not a 'transwoman'.
This whole thing about "We had gay marriage... what about the T?" is, with all due respect, a misguided take. It ignores that the 'trans' lobby very much had its own trajectory since the 50s and the 60s, with its own goals that had nothing to do with gay rights. In fact, they had some of their rights coded into law well before gay marriage, sometimes even decades before:

Yes, we're all very well aware of the T because they won't stop shoving all their gender madness down our throats. They have developed their own brand of homophobia:
- They claim 'lesbians have penises'
- They claim that 'gay men have vaginas'
- They tell lesbians to 'suck girldick'
- They tell gay men to 'learn to eat 🐈⬛'
- Prominent 'trans' billionaire Martine Rothblatt wrote in 1994 about how homosexuality would lose all its meaning, and spoke at a conference in Houston about piggybacking onto LGB and women's liberation to push T interests quicker
- Joy Everingham said that "Homosexuality is redundant"
- Gays and lesbians are now reframed as 'cis gays' and 'cis lesbians' - a linguistic sleight of hand that reframes homosexuality to include those of the opposite sex
- Those gays and lesbians who don't go along with that are smeared as bigots and 'genital fetishists'
- And worst of all is the #TransingAwayTheGay under the guise of 'gender affirmation'
So I'm fully aware of the T. And I want nothing to do with it, or be 'blackmailed' into siding with this homophobic, misogynistic, totally bonkers child-harming cult.

A lot of us were very willing to have a debate without heat, @stonewalluk, and the reason that never happened wasn't because gender critical feminists didn't want one.
While we were trying to get you to listen to our concerns, your former CEO was telling a BBC boss that gay people not wanting to include the opposite sex in their dating pool was 'sexual racism'. While we were pointing out the homophobia inherent in gender ideology, Stonewall ambassador Alex Drummond (a bearded, heterosexual man who'd had no surgery and taken no cross-sex hormones but liked wearing skirts), was going into schools to talk to students about his 'lesbian' identity. @BluskyeAllison, who actually is a lesbian, was subject to unlawful discrimination at her place of work for tweeting: ‘Stonewall recently hired Morgan Page, a male bodied person who ran workshops with the sole aim of coaching heterosexual men who identify as lesbians on how they can coerce young lesbians into having sex with them. Page called [it] “overcoming the cotton ceiling”.’
When the UK Supreme Court upheld women's right to single sex spaces, you issued a statement expressing your unhappiness about the ruling. In her report on your unhappy influence at the University of Essex, you were found by barrister @akuareindorf to have misrepresented the law as it related to women's rights: '[Stonewall have] stated the law as Stonewall would prefer it to be, rather than the law as it is’.
In 2018, you publicly advised schools to shred a research pack saying there were risks to puberty blockers, in spite of the fact that you aren't a medical charity and that there was already credible evidence that puberty blockers are neither irreversible nor harm-free. Meanwhile you produced your own educational packs, recommending a children's book, for ages 5-9, in which the parent 'is neither a man, nor a woman – they’re non-binary.' In July 2022, Stonewall sent out a tweet that read ‘Research suggests that children as young as two recognise their trans identity'.
@thetimes has reported how you've sought to control the language used by NHS trusts and government on their social-media accounts. Organisations would get points from you for replacing commonly understood words with ideologically approved terms, eg, 'birthing parent' instead of 'mother'. thetimes.com/uk/society/arti…
In short, you took a maximalist position on gender identity ideology, which you attempted to enforce by diktat. You refused to acknowledge that you'd hitched your wagon to a cause that, unlike civil rights, gay rights or women's rights, sought to strip rights from others. You sought to curtail everyone's right to freedom of speech and belief by controlling what it was permissible to think and say, through the management and political class. You have argued against women's and girl's rights to their own spaces, their sports and to assemble without men. Your former CEO tried to shame gay women/men into dating the opposite sex if the latter claimed to be female/male.
Your mantra was 'no debate' because, like all totalitarians, you preferred slogans, bullying and infiltration of powerful institutions to talking to opponents. You appear to have had no concern for the lowly people your ideology was harming: gender confused kids, female rape victims, female prisoners, regular people hounded and investigated at their places of work for refusing to accept the new mandates on sex and gender issued from on high.
Your 'activism' has been a disaster for those trans-identified people who really do just want to get on with their lives in peace. You have besmirched the name of an organisation many of us were once proud to donate to, the charity that was partly responsible for securing the legal right of gay people to marry, which a lot of us thought would never happen in our lifetimes. The milquetoast words quoted below do not erase a decade of gender activism that has been disastrous not only for individuals but for society as a whole.
There was once a debate to be had, but until you acknowledge the direct harm you've caused, it is no more possible to debate you than to persuade a person in the throes of a drug-induced psychosis that they are not, in fact, the reincarnated Christ.

Why did this mother buy trucks for her son if he didn’t want them? Everything is just stereotypes. EVERYTHING. Liking dresses and following elaborate skincare routines is not a medical condition. There is no sickness or illness here that needs to be treated. This mother has put her 12 year-old on puberty blockers on the basis of her son’s preference for princess dresses and haircuts. Imagine, she halted the natural puberty of her son! It’s highly likely she will start him on a course of cross sex hormones, leading to a micro penis, inability to orgasm, and a compromised endocrine system.
I don’t talk about it much b/c, despite my activism, I’m a private person, and I have no desire to use my children as props in a war they didn’t sign up for. But one of my own kids had early desires, starting before preschool, to be the opposite sex. I was always clear with him, even at 2, that he could wear whatever he wanted, but he would never be and could never be a girl. His desires to be the opposite sex have waxed and waned over the years, but the guidance we provided him on how the world works (boys can’t be girls) remained consistent, and he grew up a comfortable, happy boy with some atypical behaviors or interests. It’s been years now since he has expressed any desires to be a girl. I’m not sure he even remembers those days. Just yesterday, when I expressed surprise that he now liked almonds despite hating them last week, he said to me, “Mom, a man can change his mind.” 🤣
Which had me laughing so hard inside. Kids say the funniest things, and we don’t need to chemical castrate them for any words they say. (It’s a horrible nightmare that I have to write that last sentence.)
