I’ve never not had a problem flying @AirCanada. The most frustrating airline at every possible turn.
@AirCanada now waiting 30+ minutes for bags at SFO and baggage services was rude & dismissive when asked for support. This airline has the worst & nonexistent customer service.

BREAKING: Queen Elizabeth II has died, Buckingham Palace says. Britain’s longest-reigning monarch, and a rock of stability over more than seven decades, was 96.
Elizabeth was on the throne as the U.K. rebuilt from war, and both entered and left the E.U. apne.ws/GQ3TRk4

Trying to check in for my @AirCanada flight and about to cry over how frustrating this entire booking process has been. Wish I was flying any other airline tomorrow. #TravelBetter
Just booked on @AirCanada. Kicked out while booking & prompted to select my flights again. Cost shot up & had to pay more. What happened? Friend booking the same flight, at the same time, was able to do so at the original cheaper price. Already emailed support. Need a resolution.
@AirCanada When I booked this flight yesterday I paid extra for a preferred seat. I received a notification that my seat has now been changed. What is this? Will I be refunded the money I paid for the seat I chose? Horrible customer service.
Language learning is one of my #goals for 2022 and I’m off to a great start! @duolingo is fun, and proven to work. Here’s my invite link to join me: invite.duolingo.com/BDHTZTB5…
Had a great time at @Adobe’s new hire volunteer event making digital cards for children in Mexico & Guatemala encouraging them to stay in school. Cards were made using @AdobeSpark. Lovely opportunity to meet team members, learn about one of our products & give back. #AdobeLife
The first article on the @Adobe Experience Cloud Blog was published last week! Excited to have been a driver of this piece and thankful for those who helped bring it to life.

I’m a big supporter of the @SMCountyCommute initiative but when the registration process is so complicated it’s very discouraging to think other people will give up and not participate. User experience is everything!
