⭐️ ACC Pitcher of the Year ⭐️
Congratulations to Wes Mendes, the 3rd Seminole in program history to earn the conference's Pitcher of the Year honor!
Excited to join the Baltimore Orioles organization as a minor league pitching coach. Grateful for the opportunity and looking forward to this next chapter. Go O’s!
My time with the ARMory meant more than I can put into words.
Thank you to all the athletes and coaches who became like family along the way.
@ArmoryFlorida shaped me as a player and coach, and I’m forever grateful for the relationships and memories built over the years!
Transfer demands progression along the specificity continuum ✅
Why should you add hops into your drill work?
Each hop changes the relationship between the pelvis, trunk, and center of mass, making the athlete constantly reorganize their sequencing. By blending implements, moving from a water ball to a baseball, we expose the athlete to varying levels of instability and feedback.
Pro tip: the second hop tends to be the depth in which most athletes find to be their most efficient and powerful position.

Hear from FSU pitcher Wes Mendes, about his time training here at The ARMory 🔥
From the first time we met Wes until now, he has been extremely dedicated towards accomplishing his goals. Each offseason he comes in ready to take the next step. We have seen him transition from a young raw athlete, into one of the premier arms in college baseball. So excited to continue to watch the athlete he becomes!
