Agents write the diff. Seniors decide if it should exist.
Review used to be about style and bugs. Now it's about whether the change was needed at all.
Distribution is my weak spot, so I tried Treg for it.
Asked it for people complaining this week on Reddit and X about the problem my tool solves. Got the post, the author, the job title and a work email in one list.

Claude Code: CLI or desktop app?
What do you reach for, and what does one do that the other can't?
Curious whether it's a real gap or just habit.
"Software engineering is dead" has been said about COBOL, Visual Basic, no-code, and offshoring.
The job moved up a level each time. Typing was never the job.
Deciding what to build, and owning it when it breaks, was.

200 acquisitions on TrustMRR in less than a year…
I can’t believe my startup marketplace started as a vibe-coded revenue leaderboard for founders.
Funny enough, the leaderboard died after a month.
But I listened to users and built a marketplace after they requested it. “Let’s see”.
TrustMRR is now my biggest source of income and my digital product with the highest margins (90%+).
The monthly traffic is still growing. Now at 250,000 unique visitors.
It’s my anti-AI asset.
Trust can’t be vibe-coded.
25,000 buyers can’t be vibe-coded.
I’m so happy and proud I listened to my gut and kept trying and trying to get this marketplace off the ground.
Godspeed 🫡
ACQUIRED ✅ 🎉
A mobile app just got acquired on TrustMRR.
💰 Sold for $3.5K

It took 237 days from listing. Huge congrats to the seller, the buyer @cagdasdagg, and the broker @marclou 👏
Acquisition #200 on TrustMRR 🎉
Marc makes $100k/mo but thinks @beehiiv $100/mo is a lot.
His products are cool.
But this made me think. Why shouldn’t people just build their own?
I just shipped this to MailCheap.AI:
🏷️ Custom fields, tags
👋 First-name personalization
🔗 Link click stats
📝 Embeddable signup forms
🐝 Full beehiiv import (with tags)
📈 Opens over time
🔎 Help center search
📬 Weekly summary emails
Shipped with Opus 5.5, my best vibe coding buddy.

Introducing DataBull 🎉
I was paying $39/mo for DataFast just to see which posts made me money.
That's $468 a year. Forever. And it goes up as your traffic grows.
So I built my own.
Same idea: revenue by traffic source.
$29 lifetime. Unlimited sites. Unlimited events. Lifetime updates.

I think @marclou just got a taste of his own medicine

Then, they sell their little businesses for $500 multiple times and add to their bio, “3x exit/acquired founder.”

every day i see someone make a product and sell it for like $9 lifetime
what’s the point
do you not value your time at all? or is there some math i’m missing
Estimating in hours is fine. Estimating in features is where it breaks.
An hour is something you spent. A feature is something you hoped would be small.
Long agent sessions rot.
Once you've corrected it a few times, the context is full of wrong turns. Stop arguing with it. Write down what it got wrong, start a fresh session, paste the notes.
In indie hacking, the idea is rarely the bottleneck.
Staying power is. Distribution, patience, and not quitting when week three is quiet. Most of the real work starts after the fun part ends.

Found a really useful GitHub repo for developers.
prompts.chat has a collection of prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI models
Could be handy when you're stuck or looking for a starting point
Save this and thank me later 😅

2 weeks ago I tweeted that Daily.dev felt crowded and ad-heavy. @dailydotdev replied saying they’d look into it.
They did. The feed is so much cleaner now.
Feedback that actually gets heard. Respect.
Is just me or @dailydotdev became bloated, i can't understand a thing.
Bars, notifications, paid ads, paid spots, navigations everywhere
