My 20s definitely taught me there's no point in doubling back on anything. No friendship, not a relationship, not a Job. Once it has ran it's course, move accordingly. It's your job to take the lesson, add it to character, and move on.

Oversharing is bad spiritual hygiene. A mature woman understands the power of privacy. She doesnโt announce her next moves, expose every inner thought, or give everyone unlimited access to her inner world, even the people closest to her. Some things need to be nurtured in silence. Privacy protects your energy, your plans, and your peace.

I love people who quietly change everything about themselves, work on their flaws, outgrow old habits, and become better versions of themselves without making any announcements. No posts,no explanations,no need for validation ,just silent growth that eventually speaks for itself.

One thing I love about traveling is how it breaks the illusion that your current life is the only life you could live

If you don't let people experience consequences of their actions towards you , you will remain a safe space for their worst behavior.

Your lack of personal purpose is causing your romantic obsession. When your life is full, you're building something, you're learning something, you're creating something, you're serving someone, you don't have time to spend 4 hours analyzing why they used a period instead of an exclamation point. You read the text, you reply, you move on with your day. But when someone becomes the most exciting part of your life, every notification feels life changing, every delayed response feels personal, every conversation gets replayed in your head like it's game film. Suddenly you're looking for a hidden meanings in messages that were probably sent while they were waiting in line at target. You know, it's it's not that you're deeply in love. It's that your brain has nothing more compelling to latch on to. A relationship was never meant to become your identity. It should add to your life, not replace it. The healthiest people I've met don't love less. They they just have more to love. They have goals, they get them out of bed friends, they invest in hobbies. They're excited about purpose. So, you know ironically, that's usually what makes them more attractive too, because they want a relationship, they don't need one to to feel complete .So before you convince yourself that one person is the answer to everything, ask yourself a harder question if they disappear tomorrow what would still make me excited to wake up? Your answer to that question matters a whole lot more than whether they text it back.

i think the love you receive from someone who knows how to be alone is the most sincere. a solitary soul loves u by choice and not out of need for company
