The aptly named 'Queenie' is a new painting by Jack Frame. Gold leaf blazes beneath dappled oil paint to question the power dynamic of human and nature.

Mati Palmi's minimalist works reflect her assessment of the essential. Each resolute gestural detail forms a seemingly spontaneous composition.

Emma Doig layers paint to convey the complex interaction between the internal and external. The figure, the body, is vague, composed of colours, shapes and patterns highlighting energy within.

Natasha Barnes creates large scale abstract works using fascinating, spontaneous mark-marking. The physicality of creation is celebrated in splattered and scraped details as seen in 'Made of Clay'.

'Blue Boat' portrays an uncluttered, remote landscape - the bright horizontal strip of still sea adds to the impression of idyllic isolation.

It's always delightful to hear from happy customers! We love seeing beautiful artworks displayed in their new homes. These Jack Frame paintings work wonderfully as a triptych- positioned to reflect light and brighten the space.

International Women's Day is remindful of the excellent and diverse female artists that we represent. They are all so kindly! A recent conversation with Senja Brendon- about art, life and joy- was refreshing.
