Canada's Health Transfer is distributed between provinces and territories on an equal, per capita basis. Given Ontario's population, that amount is staggering. And Ontario's spending is the lowest per capita in Canada. Is anybody looking at Ford and where that money has gone?

Yesterday, when Doug Ford complained about how many immigrants Ontario got last year, my jaw-dropped. Just months ago, he held a presser where he was pleading for more immigrants to fill job vacancies.
