The fact that the @UberEats customer service chat is so beyond competent is mind blowing. How is it that I report receiving a portion of my item where the notes clearly indicate to remove an allergen only to receive my order and said item contains said allergen.

So I respond with the exact amount the item alone would have cost to reorder and wait another 45 minutes for delivery and ask for that to be refunded because now ya’ll have pissed me off. That amount was $22, my order was $40+.

That seemed equitable since I couldn’t enjoy half my order. Right?! Well no & once again, @UberEats proves time & time again why folks choose DoorDash over them. Definitely won’t be renewing my Uber One subscription.

I’m in CLT right & the shuttle van driver is about as trill as they come. Buddy got Johnny Cinco bumping at 5:31 in the morning & we (me + him) are the ONLY Black people in this sprinter. I’m WEAK!!!!

IDK what is going on with @MarriottBonvoy hotels but my last 3 business trips I’ve stayed with them & have had HORRIBLE experiences. The last 2 I’ve had to change rooms in the middle of the night b/c of issues with the room. 2 diff properties, 2 separate issues. 😒😑
