Been avoiding twitter for a long time because it’s felt so cluttered and overwhelming with stuff I don’t care about. Created a new account. Follow @NedichAlyssa if you please. I’ll be deactivating this account soon enough.
Man. . . I wish my dad could be enjoying my new turntable with me. He would have loved this. We would have listened to so much together.
I have fallen back in love with every song 17 year old me wanted to dance to. . . Alannah Myles, Melissa Etheridge, Ani DiFranco. . . I want it all.
The new @BornRuffians album is reaaaallllyyy good. Go listen immediately if you haven't heard it yet!
Whoa. . . on top of my taxes this year. Past Alyssa was really good at keeping track of things in 2017. Thanks past Alyssa!

At least once a year I go through a phase that for like a week, the only band I listen to is @julytalk. I watch all of their music videos and lose my mind about how epic they are. GUYS, THEY ARE SO EPIC!
I always think I am doing a good job keeping my identity as a dancer on the down low at the gym. . . Then Daft Punk comes on my playlist, and I end up doing choreography on whatever cardio machine I am working on.
