The Peepo creative evolution – at a glance!
My initial draft was created Sept 2024 (left example)
It sat on my computer until May 2025
Then my friend and pixel artist @n0xiyz saw it, and refined it further (right example)
We both loved the new direction, and decided to expand it
My favorite part of the project was going back and forth with @n0xiyz about which traits to include, and which to take out
Refining ideas and discussing what works (and what doesn't) brought me a lot of joy
I highly recommend a collab project because:
1) You never really feel alone
2) You're more motivated to keep going and show up for your collab partner
Working solo can be cool, but partnering with another artist can be very rewarding 🤝
