I am sending my warmest and most heartfelt congratulations on the Democratic Party’s sweeping landslide victory in the United States Congressional elections! This historic achievement is a monumental triumph for justice, equality, and progress. In particular, I wish to express my deepest admiration and congratulations to the progressive movement and the Democratic Socialists. Your unwavering dedication, organizing power, and commitment to the working class have proven that a vision rooted in solidarity and human dignity can mobilize millions and reshape the political landscape. This decisive victory marks the beginning of the political end for Donald Trump and his failed, authoritarian administration. For years, his destructive leadership has inflicted immense damage not only on the American people—through cruelty, division, and corruption—but also on the global community. From betraying global climate agreements to emboldening authoritarian regimes, fascism, and oppressive governments in Latin America, Israel, and across the globe, the Trump administration has been a threat to democracy worldwide. Today, we finally see a bright light of hope for positive, meaningful change for the people of the United States and the world. As a new, energized Congress takes office, I strongly encourage and urge you to act swiftly and decisively to hold corrupt leaders accountable—including taking immediate action against the ongoing crimes and policies of Netanyahu and his right-wing government. True international solidarity requires confronting oppression wherever it exists and standing up for the rights, freedom, and dignity of all people. Congratulations once again on this resounding victory. May this mark a new chapter of progress, justice, and lasting peace. In solidarity and hope.
