At a Japanese aquarium, these baby otters have an end-of-day routine: clean up the toys with grandpa, then collect their well-earned ice cube reward.

All children should have a full hour of choral singing Monday to Friday in primary and secondary schools. It helps improve breathing and definitely makes people feel a part of a community.

English and Latin have a hidden connection that no one notices.
If a word begins with ‘f’ in English, it begins with ‘p’ in Latin.
Take the word “father.” The Latin for father is “pater” — with a ‘p.’
And that’s just the beginning.

Primary school teacher. Also have a side-gig as Santa in the Christmas holidays. My favourite children who visit the Grotto are deaf kids. Because the surprise & joy in their faces when they see Santa knows sign language too makes both the kid's & their family's Christmas better.

There isn’t a single mountain on earth that would shrink its magnificence simply because it’s told it’s too grand. Nor a flower that would rearrange its petals to suit a garden. Why, then, would you shape your essence by someone else’s standards?

As we enter the final few hours of #DisabilityPrideMonth I wanted to leave this really important subject to the end. One that doesn't get spoken about enough when young disabled adults are growing up - fertility and specifically in males with spinal cord disabilities. 1/6
