Centre Director Ian Paulsen, COO J-L Heylen and Strategic Initiatives Lead Dr Iniga George visited the Centre's @westernsydneyu node last week. It was wonderful to see how well the social science research is embedded within the centre’s activities. The integration of perspectives, collaboration across disciplines and nodes and genuine enthusiasm from the WSU team created truly positive vibes! 👊 Thank you to Dr Josh Wodak @anarchangle, Dr Henry Dixson, Dr Daniele Fulvi and Yasmin Tambiah for hosting us. @arc_gov_au

The irony: East Coast Low extreme rain event causing #sydneyfloods much more disruptive of traffic and society than #climateemergency protestors blocking a few roads.
Climate protesters from flood ravished Lismore are shit for holiday traffic. #nswpol
