ANAX Developments (@anaxdevelopment), a #Dubai-based real estate developer, has officially started construction on its flagship project, ELLE Residences Dubai Islands. The development, which includes 91 apartments, seven townhouses on Dubai Islands, and offers a direct waterfront access, marks ELLE’s first #residential development in the Middle East and its second globally, following its residential tower in Miami. "The commencement of construction at ELLE Residences reflects our commitment to delivering on our promises. We are proud to see this project move into its next phase,” @SatishSanpal, founder and chairman of @AnaxHolding, said. “We strongly believe in the #UAE and its future, which is why we will continue to invest and build in this country."
