🌳 The first Merkle tree on Orbinum is sealed.
Tree #0 filled all 1,048,576 leaves and was sealed at block #1,359,913. Tree #1 is now active and the forest keeps growing.
Sealed doesn't mean frozen. Its root stays on-chain as a permanent anchor, so every note inside it can still be spent. A private transfer can combine notes from any tree in the forest.

Every loan in RNT Lend works with the same three parameters.
1. 75% max LTV. You can borrow up to 75% of the collateral value.
2. 80% liquidation threshold. Above that, the position can be liquidated.
3. 10% liquidation penalty. The liquidator repays the debt and takes collateral at that discount.
