@FCDOtravelGovUK send me to the embassy @ukinhungary. The embassy send me back to gov.uk with a template response.

@wizzair @Ryanair @easyJet Can I ask if you still ask for a PCR test when fully vaccinated UK nationals travel to Hungary. The NHS covid app has now joined the EU covid app. It still says on gov.Uk that a PCR is needed but that goes against the new guidance.

Hi @jonworth. I saw you done a piece on converting the NHS covid app to the EU digital covid app. I'm Irish and live in the UK and got vaccinated under the NHS. If I do this and travel to Hungary, can I travel from the UK as Hungary accept the EU app but not the NHS app.

The basic issue is Hungary allow entry from the UK if you get a PCR test but you don't need any test if you have the Hungarian immunity certificate or EU covid app.

1 Hi @wizzair the entry rules seem really bureaucratic in Hungary. I have checked your travel guide and it just says full or partial ban on flights from the UK. The info on police.Hu is so difficult to understand. As you are flying from UK every day can u answer

1. Do Hungary accept the EU digital covid app from anywhere in Europe. For example flying from Spain, Italy, Ireland etc etc. 2. Do Hungary accept the NHS covid app for entry form UK. On both scenarios this is for visitors and not Hungarian nationals. @ukinhungary
