Sir Patrick’s pandemic sonnets remain one of the greatest works of modernizing Shakespeare of all time.
In 400+ years of Shakespeare, how fortunate we are to have shared the same 20% as Sir Patrick.
Here are a few. I wonder which he’d most want to be remembered with.

I just found out that Sir Patrick Stewart has died.
Here is a video he made on the advice he would give to his younger self.
RIP

Patrick was one of those icons who we somehow all took for granted would always be with us.
I grew up as a fan, and was later gifted the privilege of becoming a colleague and friend, working with him for many years on “American Dad!”, “Family Guy”, and “Ted”. He was that rare actor who could take any bit of dialogue and elevate it, making a good writer sound great, and a great writer sound masterful. He was also as humble as they come. I remember exchanging emails with him a number of years ago when he was beginning day 1 of a new film. He commented to me that he always walked onto a new set feeling like the biggest novice there. My stunned reaction was the same as anyone’s would be. I said, “Patrick, if you feel that way, the rest of us are screwed.” We have lost a legendary actor today, and for many of us, a good friend. He will be deeply missed by the entire planet.

How does @flarkey solve popular UFO cases like this recent one over the Los Angeles fires?
I explain step-by-step how we take publically available data and create a 3D recreation using Sitrec to prove exactly what we are looking at.

OK we weren’t the best selling ‘console’ overall obviously by a wide margin, but none the less we will take this as a win! #TheSpectrum #xbox #retrogaming

Yesterday morning I had a beautiful Spanish cottage that gave me endless joy, where I met my husband and raised my son, the only house I’ve ever owned, with fruit trees I grew, with a garden of native plants. Now, ashes. I am heartbroken 💔 #palisadesfire

This year’s 25th anniversary @FrightFest was a banger! Thanks to @alanfrightfest @paulmcevoy @ianfrightfest @CloutComCoUk @Smelly2 @ODEONCinemas and the whole #FrightFest crew!
The Substance, directed by @coraliefargeat, is a brutal but beautifully crafted film. The most intense experience I’ve had in the cinema for a long time. A perfect closer for this year’s 25th anniversary @FrightFest!

I wanted to go ahead and boost Joshua Leonard’s Instagram post with his comments on the announcement yesterday.
Discovery ticket ordering much smoother than purchasing the festival pass this year. Managed to get everything I was looking to see. Bring on next weekend! @FrightFest
Sweet biscuit! That was a great puzzle!

Is anyone else getting very pixelated motion with the @eventive_org video stream for the @FrightFest digital festival? Wednesday was fine, but since yesterday any significant motion in the video is very pixelated. I’ve tried on a couple of different devices (web browser on both).
One of my favourite films @FrightFest so far, @hostsmovie has an intense, unnerving atmosphere and some shockingly brutal moments (including a Christmas dinner you’ll never forget!). Plus a deliciously malevolent performance by @Samantha_Loxley
Live stream of the Q&A for the excellent movie #Hosts, screened this evening at #FrightFest: youtube.com/watch?v=LEZPJHE8…
