I tried everything, they all suck except...
ardia.dev/ from @barre_of_lube
I would pay to see it maintained
We look for this more than technical capability
There’ll be times where you over-guide the AI. It knows better than you and is more intelligent than you.
There’ll be times where you under-guide the AI. It can go off-track, have the wrong biases, or miss context.
How well you manage this superpower is the #0 skill I look for.
It feels so weird but so right when you have someone great reporting to you
Power: they have more power over you because they’re so good they can get a job anywhere they want, you have to give them more scope and ownership
Satisfaction: you unblock them every once in awhile by answering the simplest decision and feel so satisfied, but they did all the work for you to make that happen
tried @AsideAI and the UX is just nowhere close to @ArcBrowser
then i tried @diabrowser... brb bleaching my eyes
seems like there are 3 different groups of ppl:
1. no longer using for issue tracking: like me
2. still using it for issue tracking: big features and teams
3. still using it, but as an agentic orchestration layer
(we use @capydotai and i don't think ppl understand its potential YET)
2 days later... iykyk

in the last 24 hours, i've shipped dozens of PRs on bug fixes, infra optimizations, seo changes, pricing updates. Migrated our support tool entirely, responded to tons of support requests, and much much more... all while chilling at home with errands
here's my setup:
- near: knows and thinks a lot - tax expert as an extra pair of eyes for review
- levi: handles big monsterous tasks - internal ops coordination
- light: opinionated views and strategic - my sounding board for company strategy
- hange: meticulous - focuses on infra optimization
- watari: reliable and well put together - customer support
- L: detective: investigates every complex issue and delegates
- mikasa: persistent - fixes known bugs and ship small internal features
- misa: outgoing - outbound and GTM
- rem: will literally die for misa - infra support for GTM
still saving eren for something where you need to tolerate a lot of pain for a long time 😂

rem shipped 9 inefficiencies for agents to browser our website, all flagged by a technical consultant
all i did was tag @capydotai and went on to walk my dog before sleeping

watari replaced our entire support infra to @plainsupport
automatically creates support channels and broadcasts my social posts on product updates
