Social care has its own NIHR Programme! Funding big and small studies of social care for children and adults in the UK. Funding some other things too. I’m delighted to be appointed as Programme Director for the initial years. Our first call will be launched in Sept: keep alert!
Our new £10m Research Programme for Social Care will fund research to improve, expand and strengthen the way social care is delivered for users of care services, carers, the social care workforce, and the public. @Knappem will lead as Programme Director.
